The sales person and the measurer / installer, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The installation was painless. These blinds are made in Canada. I am extremely happy with my blinds, and am planning to purchase more.

Fantastic great service

Blind was faulty. It had something loose inside. Installer decided to repair so that we would not have ship back to Montreal. It was immediately installed and is working perfectly.

Even after I’ve given my review of the terrible experience I had, keep getting prompts for reviews.🙄🙄🙄🙄

Once we got the hang of the mounting on the first shade the next 6 went really fast. The size was perfect!

Our order was simple and straight forward. Two blinds only. Two months wait time is far to long. For a whole house we could not tolerate that.

Blinds are good.

With several problems, Blind returned to Montreal 2 times
for corrections.
Advised store of latest problem on Sunday 13 Dec. 2020.
We were advised by Montreal on Sunday 20 Dec.that someone
would visit our home to correct the problem on Thur.07 Jan.2021.
For our large order with your Company, this is terrible service.

The service at Blinds To Go (Guelph Line.) Burlington, was exceptional. Not only were they able to find an absolute match for the defective blinds from my newly acquired Condo, but they were able to find the original bill of sale from the previous Condo owners and managed to replace the blinds under warranty.

Very happy with my purchase. Staff was very helpful at the time of ordering, short wait period for product, quick and seamless installation process.

We bought roller blinds for a patio door. Although it took sometime to get the blinds the product installed fine and works well.

Excellent customer service. And good pricing. Very happy so far! Only downsides were a few pieces of mounting hardware were missing from the original shipment (screws and anchors) very important pieces. But luckily we had our own otherwise it would have been a big problem. Hopefully this is something they can improve on over time.
