Blinds To Go - BURLINGTON レビュー 

I ordered one blind and one shutter and so far only the blind has arrived but I have been impressed with the service in the shop, the delivery and the blind itself. I look forward to receiving the shutter and having it installed soon.

I had a pleated shade that had a broken string. They fixed it, no questions asked. They have great warranties, and they honour them as well.

This is the second time I have used a blinds to Go,
The first condo we did your installer came out measured and when he can to install was under qualified and made a mess of the blinds and the job the windows would not open holes in the window sill it took many visits to finally finish the job and at best it was it was an3 out of 10
Now I have ordered blinds for another condo, everything was great I was going to have to store install them they were sent to a locations as close to the condo as possible,they coudnt install till the new year so
I Went to pick them up ( one hour drive away) when I get there they can only find 3 out of the 4 blinds than I left they were going to look for that blind, when they did find it they had to ship to my house and now it has been 5 days and I am still waiting for the blind, my tenets are going to move in and I have no Blinds, As you can imagine I am very disappointed with your company,next time I will chose a different blind company

Install was cancelled as Covid lockdown began. Understood.

No follow up, until I called months later. Half installed, half made incorrectly. Weeks later, second install, still made incorrectly. Third install, product is decent though not what I ordered, and different finishing from the first two times.

No follow up call. I am incredibly disappointed with the service, and the product is simply okay.

My blinds were as ordered and I was able to instal them myself.
No surprises - I like that!
Will order for a second location soon.

Blinds look great! It took a little longer than usual to get, but it is to be expected seeing that everyone is renovating due to the pandemic instead of travelling.

I received my custom blinds damaged. Showed the store manager a photo and was told to super glue them. They took just under a month to receive, returning them wasn’t an option.

Not impressed, will not be shopping here again.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our blinds. Delivery was earlier than expected and came in exactly as ordered. This is why we use this company whenever we need window coverings.

Staff was helpful and thorough. Product was cut to spec and fit well.

They all fit according to the measurements I gave them and once I got a routine down for installing they were quick to go up.

We are very happy with the blinds we purchased. The installer was very professional.
