Great curtains terrible process
Love the actual curtains, but the process was terrible. Price increased 50% after measuring. Install was scheduled a month later than quoted. Install was supposed to be one day, but took two because the wrong hardware was shipped. The installer needed my scissors and vacuum instead of having his own.

It was a pleasure working with Andrea at the East Hanover location. The studio has all the different blinds and curtains on display which helps you decide what to order. The 2 installers I had was professional and clean.
I'm sorry I don't know the name of the tall gentleman who installed my blinds but he was quick and efficient.

Product arrived damaged, poor installation instructions, sent product back had to wait another two weeks to get and we were not notified they were in we had to call to find out.

Phil Durante is fantastic. He is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, wonderfully capable and very pleasant and nice. We were impressed with his skills and touched by his kindness. Phil arrived on time, well-organized, cleaned up to perfection, and was pleasant throughout our interaction. We can't thank Phil enough for such an amazing job of installing our blinds throughout our entire home. They look beautiful and we have Phil to thank! He should be recognized for doing exemplar work. Cell blinds repair
We brought our shade into the RT 10 NJ BTG, which we had bought a year ago, but the internal strings snapped and they repaired it within a week and it was ready to pick up! Great customer service at this location.
