Good product. Easy to buy. Installer was great. I would recommend. Happy Holidays!

They promise the moon and don't deliver what they promised. The wrong size shutter arrived. Been waiting 23 days for new shutter. Bedroom window bare all this time, they called and said the right size is in and they would contact the installer. I called the installer 4 days later and he said they did not contact him. Ready to cancel the whole order and have them uninstall what they put in.

Not a good experience at all. Out of 25 blinds 5 are not functioning proper at the time of installation. 20% defects. I haven’t received email reply also.
I really disappointed my purchase.

I first purchased from Blinds to Go 20 years ago when we moved into our house, and had a good experience with them. I recently purchased new shades and blinds, and I am extremely happy with them. The price was right (around one third the price of Hunter Douglas products) The salesperson was very helpful and the installer was excellent. Everything happened on schedule as promised.

Blinds to go replaced the broken shade quickly, but remade it 8" too short.

Inexpensive and Very fast service.

I ordered 5 Roman shades in Feb., 2020, and finally received in Aug.,2020. I made numerous unreturned calls to set up the installation which I had paid for. When finally installed, 2 of the shades were defective and it took once again numerous calls, many unreturned, to have the blinds picked up and repaired. The entire experience left me certain that the remaining windows that I need treatments for will not be completed by Blinds To Go.

I plan on going back for more blinds. Places like Lowes and Home Depot just don’t do as good of a job as Blinds to Go.

The salespeople in the store were great and my installer was amazing, professional and friendly all while taking the necessary covid precautions. I would highly recommend them

Their customer service needs a complete overhaul. I ordered blinds in June and was told they would take 3 weeks.....instead they took 4 months. Also, their room darkening blinds which cost me 4x what the faux wood ones don't even dark then room, so they're a waste of money. Their installers are horrible to get in touch with and make the whole process even more frustrating. Would not recommend nor will I ever use again.
