Great after sales service!
We recently ordered blinds for our newly remodeled home. The gentleman that came to measure made a calculation error, which has resulted in an installation delay with two of our blinds. The customer experience manager sprung into action and got in touch with us. She was very apologetic and has quickly resolved the situation to our satisfaction. We will not hesitate to work with Blinds to Go again in the future! Keep up the great work, Chris Papcin at the King of Prussia store!

Quality product

Initial appointment was great. She knew her product and applied my coupons per my request.
Measuring appointments was easy.
Installation was very efficient and he explained everything before he left.

Our first visit with Angie Rogers was excellent. She was absolutely the best at listening to exactly what I needed and it didn’t take us long to make a selection. She had great ideas for how to get the look we were wanting. Angie is professional, personable, and really fun to work with. I would definitely call on her again. Rick, our installer was fantastic. He was easy to work with and very personable & professional - a great guy to work with.
