Almost 3 months for product, with no proactive communication, is unacceptable. And then, store wants nothing to do with helping schedule installer.
For most recent order (third order this year) I was told a week ago that 3 of my 4 items are in store and that manager will call me shortly with update. Well that still hasn’t happened.
Lastly, I now have a problem with two products where I was told I have to bring to store so they can ship to factory for repair. Can not wait another 3 months for those to be returned to me. I understand that there is a pandemic but not an excuse for poor service and communication. Very disappointed...

I am very happy that I chose Blinds To Go. My dealings with the king of Prussia store have always been EXCELLENT and the service as well! Will Ocasio did a FANTASTIC job removing and re-installing my kitchen blind. He’s extremely professional and posses an OUTSTANDING personality! With the service I have received, I know I will patronize your store for all my window treatments. Great job!

The process to pick them out in the store was great, loved the sales rep. Ordering was easy. They took too long to come in. They look and work great, exactly as expected.

If you ever need window treatments I highly recommend BlindsToGo, King of Prussia. The showroom sales person took the time to work with me so that I was able to get exactly what I wanted for 5 rooms and 10 windows. Even though I had to wait after placing the order in September, due to Covid, it was definitely worth it! Just had all of those window treatments installed and the installer was knowledgeable, and he had great attention to detail. He also bundled all the cartons and trash so that I could place them right in my recycling. This is one highly satisfied customer!!

Outstanding service from first inquiring phone call to final installation. Very customer-centric staff, quality showroom and great follow-up w the delivery team. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

You have a poor product and poor customer service. I plan to trash you all over social media and every rating site I can find.

Great experience from the time we choose the blinds to installation

Blinds were good but service was terrible. We were told 3 weeks when we ordered. It took closer to two months. Then, we were not informed when our blinds came in. We checked over the phone and drove an hour to pick up only to find half the order was there. Staff was unprofessional and refused to ship out the rest of our order at their expense. I am done with them.

They failed to properly measure my blinds so they had to send at the installer a second time to measure, so they didn't process my order before their Pandemic Shutdown. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get our order, and they didn't inform us when they actually received it, and we had to call them to confirm its receipt and get the installer scheduled. Then the installer did mismeasure one window, so the treatment had to be reordered and he had to come out another time to install it.

Excellent service, product.
Blinds were done when promised.
Everyone was knowledgeable.
Installer prompt, competent.

Jamal was awesome, he has bent over backwards to help us!
