The folks in the store where great. Very helpful and pleasant. Bart, the guy who installed my blinds was fantastic. He was quick, profession and pleasant. My only issue is that the warehouse messed up my order. They sent the wrong blinds so I had to go 3 weeks with the wrong blinds. The installer got on it right away with the store and was so apologetic.

My honeycomb shades don't filter light well enough; glare still comes in. I chose a light fabric, but wasn't told that the sun would still come through strongly. The consultant didn't ask me what direction the windows faced, and that would've helped. I'm very dissatisfied with these shades. It's like not having any light control at all. I was offered new shades at a discount, but that would involve spending even more money.

Our installer was totally prompt and did the job quickly and well. All good!

Finished product was fine, and the customer service tried but I had some concerns. Firstly, I order two sets of pleated panels and unfortunately the factory set one set with pleats and the other had rod pockets. The original clearly was for two sets of pleated curtains. When I went to the store to rectify it, they tried to be helpful, but there was no one on the premises that could process and correct it. They called promptly the next day and were able to send it back to the factory for correction but I was surprised that there was no manager or even assistant manager on premises that could handle it.

Thomas did a great job installing my blinds. He was careful and made sure I was happy with the way the blinds looked.

Quick turn around. There was one window that wasn’t measured properly so we were without shades for about a week and a half on that window. Otherwise great experience

The installer was right on time, courteous, and a perfectionist. The shutters were difficult but he made it all work and they look fabulous. I am so happy with everything.

Not as impressed this time around. I chose the cordless shutters and shades. The shades stop where they want not necessarily where I want. The shutters were installed by their guy and they were not hung evenly. The selection is nice as is the quality of the materials used.

I love Blinds To Go. I've bought all my windows blinds from them and when they say life time warranty they mean it. The sales persons are always very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful.

I have not received my last order placed.

One of my products was defected, contacted the company, and in 3 or 4 days I got is back, everything was great 👍
