Repairs made free to 25 year old shades1
Brought two pleated shades in to repair a cord on each. Both sides were replaced for free. These shades are 25 years old and still look and work great.

Great service and follow up by the team member who took care of me. I had a blind that needed restringing after 10 years and they took care of it at no cost and in a couple of days - who says great customer service is dead?

I love my blinds this about my 12th…
I love my blinds this about my 12th blind I brought. I started buying blinds from this company At least 20 years ago the blinds are good but it appears with vertical blinds quality of material has decline though sorry to say. Blind hooks are cracking very often. I think China is using a cheaper material on verticals to make them.

We needed to have our blind which was…
We needed to have our blind which was 15yrs restrung. They were able todo this without a cost and explaining how to rehang it. They even gave us new brackets.
We will be moving soon and Blinds to Go will get all of our new orders.
Employees were very friendly.

After the Fact
Overall, greatly appreciate the service received at the sales office and individuals who measured windows. Now that the window treatments are installed, would’ve liked to have had someone come to the house to assist with a different type of shade purchased. Understandably, Covid limiting time at the sales office and people coming to houses. However, would have like more assistance choosing shades, especially with the money spent.

Blinds I purchased 7 years ago that…
Blinds I purchased 7 years ago that were cordless failed to raise and lower. Blinds were replaced at no charge. New units seem lighter weight than original. Not sure on durability after 2 weeks.
