Brackets don't allow this window treatment so awaiting a work around.

Melissa was really great. Very friendly and helpful. Blinds were installed on time by Moe. We were missing a blind which they had to reorder and are still waiting on a wand for one of the blinds.

I got the blinds later than the notified date and they were tricky to install, but all and all we are happy with them.

Excellent customer service from the store to the home. Word.

They did a great job on the blind we ordered for my daughter’s room. It arrived quite a bit sooner than expected and fit perfectly .

Very pleased. Purchased 10 in total, 3 different kinds and all are very high quality. Excellent service choosing the perfect types and materials. Measure meticulously! Took a long time to receive them, between 40 and 60 days for different types, but we are in a pandemic and everything is simply backed up everywhere due to COVID.

We were very pleased with the friendly staff & the willingness to have our blind sent out for gear repair. The turn around time was quick and it was a pleasant surprise to learn the repair was under warranty even after 10 years.

Never had any issues with all orders; they all arrived as promised, on time. We bought all our blinds at Blinds To Go, T the St-Laurent outlet in Ottawa., even rhe o es fid our camper trailer.

Store staff has been good. The product has been a big disappointment. We have had too sent some of the blinds back numerous times. Not sure if I would recommend your product to any of my friends. We have used BTG at our house in Mississauga and were happy with them. You have inconvenienced us for too long.

When we ordered we were warned about light coming in but when we got them for the bedrooms, it was worse than anticipated on the sides.

Staff were great very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure. Blinds themselves are not as well made as I was expecting some plastic pieces were too thin so I have to get replacement parts next time I’m in. Louvers keep popping out of clips and pulley system for blinds feel rough and cheap.

Ordered blackout cellular blinds for my kids rooms. Great customer service. I received then quickly, they fit perfectly and stops all the cold air from the window. Will order from Blinds to Go again.

Only one comment. Bought cordless blinds and find them fairly difficult to close. They closed easily at first but have to really pull hard on them now.
