Very good customer service but delays for delivery a little long however, shorter than expected. Overall, very satisfied.

The entire process of selecting and ordering our blinds worked like a charm - the sales staff at St Laurent are absolutely excellent!
The only glitch we had was at the end of the first installation, the installer picked up his empty boxes and put a small dent in the wall which later needed repairs from the painters on-site.

It was our first experience with Blinds to Go. We are two women, a queer couple and we were treated very well. We did not feel rushed at all. The sales staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They helped us select and order the two sets of blinds. We felt very comfortable doing business there.

The installation men were very good, too. I would highly recommend them. All staff were wearing masks and the store had ample quantities of hand sanitizer.
My spouse and I would not hesitate to recommend the Blinds to Go store on St. Laurent Boulevard!

Christine St-Louis is my sales representative and she is excellent, she knows her stock and she is just amazing!
She deserves a respect from her manager or boss and also her colleagues.
It was our second visit and we still more than happy to deal with her.

Not a very good experience. First of all, our blinds were shipped to the wrong store and had to wait for 10 days to get them back. Second, the info on your phone were not up to date which made us to go 3 times to your store to get them while they were not there. Finally, we got them back after 2 weeks. You have to make a lot of improvements to have a good client service. But we still like the blinds and remain your clients.

The ordering and installation process went very smoothly. My only regret is that I didn't do a test run on the cordless blind as I find it challenging to push the large blind down.

I don’t love the cordless blinds that we got - they take more force to operate than I realized they would. But! The service we received was 100% and I can’t fault anything about the staff members we worked with.
