Excellent service when purchasing, really good pricing, and a very detail-oriented and efficient installer!

The blind is good quality, easy to install and we received it in less time than we expected. Pricing is expensive but comparable to other companies. Blinds are just expensive anywhere in my opinion, if you need a custom size. The service was very friendly. The only improvement l would suggest is for the salesperson to ask more very important questions about installation concerning the brackets, and other details the customer may not know about. After two phone calls back to the store, we were informed there were different brackets we could use which would change the size of the blind. As well, we picked out a blind for privacy, then after ordering it, we noticed another blind that had holes in the slats. After questioning the sales person, she checked to see if we ordered the one we preferred. Then we had to ask what was the difference between the two. She was very knowledgeable, but didn’t guide us with the important information initially. Sometimes customers don’t know what to ask.
All in all, l would recommend this company. Just make sure you know exactly what you want and ask for recommendations.

From the time I visited the store and was assisted by the pleasant, thoughtful employee who helped me to choose just the right colour to the time the cautious installer visited our house to verify the measurements to the time he returned to install the blinds in an awkward spot above our kitchen sink I can assure you that I was more than satisfied by the service. I ordered blinds to be fixed to the ceiling. Generic installation instructions were very confusing, even the plastic clips were included. Had to return to the store to get specific instructions and get the parts missing. Please be more careful in the future.

The in-store consultant, Ashley, was wonderful and the rep, Lee, ensured a smooth installation.

Very good and friendly services

Austin was very professional. When we realized that the depth of our window frame, being an old house, was not deep enough for our new Roman shades we went back to Blinds to Go. Austin said .... not a problem. Took out the loops and they were returned in two days! Great service. Look lovely. We commend Austin on his knowledge and courtesy. Many thanks!

Very good staff to go over the exact measurements of my windows and what was needed in terms of outside and inside mounts for all my blinds. It would be better if some blinds (cellular) had more colours to choose from.

Other than that, I loved the collection of blinds that I purchased and will need to buy one more set for my new house.

I bought 4 blinds from Blinds to Go from two different product lines. [OE007004]
In the same calendar year as the purchase (2020), 3 of the 4 blinds broke and needed to be brought back for repair. Customer service has been good each time, but the products themselves seem to be poor quality and unreliable.

I originally chose Blinds to Go after receiving multiple quotes from other companies. Blinds to Go was a higher price than some competitors, but I originally felt that this was justified because of the customer service, warranty, local production, etc. Looking back, I wish I chose another company.

Had a mechanical failure on the valance/blinds that we bought years ago. Brought it in .."we ll fix it no charge" just as they promised when we bought the blinds. It was ready in a couple of days!

No complaints whatever. Good opportunity and display of blinds available. Slight delay in delivery (expected because workers in prov of Quebec usually all take their holidays in August). Received timely and accurate messages about the delay and new installation dates. Installation went smoothly and the blind has worked very well as a great sun shield in morning and provides good bit of shade in the kitchen in the afternoon and until sunset.

The experience was excellent! From the purchasing to the installation, all went well especially during the COVID Pandemic. Great work y'all and it looks great. Thank you all,
