Good photos and accurate description of the products available. Easy purchase process and quick turnaround time on the shipping. This was our first purchase through BLINQ and we were very pleased. We will definitely return to the BLINQ website for future purchases.

Buyer Beware! You order brand new and receive refurbished!

I thought I was purchasing a brand “NEW Ninja Air Fryer off Amazon from Illy Inc. for $155. I actually received a “REFURBISHED” fryer that had been poorly wiped clean and without a users manual. A receipt inside said I saved $62 off my original price! WRONG, I was still charged full price on my credit card and only received my refund 3 weeks later after shipping it back and sending 3 emails requesting my money! Frustrated about my situation, I searched the Better Business Bureau! Buyer Beware.
