Give these guys another look :) I was an early adopter of this product. The dev history was painful, with numerous early bugs and then - see early 2026 reviews - the app closed for a few days. I was unaffected because by that time I'd stopped using the product due to the many issues it was suffering from, which meant it cost me more time in my workflow than it saved! But the basic idea was very sound (which is why I took it up in the first place) and recently I went back and started using it again to see how things were going. Pleased to find that all the issues (eg task duplication etc) which most vexed me appear to have been fixed and I'm now a regular (and happy) user again. There isn't - as far as I know - a similar simple to-do manager that's suitable for people who - like myself - spend all their time going deep down the nearest rabbit hole...I've tried pretty much all the competing systems, but they all try to do too much and make live more complex, not less...

Constantly going down and blaming it on Google for their problems, paid for a lifetime edition of this and it's destroyed our production line. We used it as it was simple and they started adding ai things we didn't need.
Nobody replied to my email when I asked if they would do me a simple offline version without the ai rubbish. I feel like the product is not fit for use anymore.

Cannot recommend: the entire app went down for >3 days because Google disabled their Cloud Workspace. My tasks included needed information and appointments for my mother, currently in the hospital and my business. It took them 5 days to restore full functionality. They failed to plan for 1-point failure, had no back up servers, had no copy of user's data to get up on a backup or temporary service, provided no information than that they didn't know why Google disabled their workspace and that brough the entire system down without any backup up systems. When I posted to the company Facebook group questioning why there was no redundancy or back up plans the company simply blocked me on Facebook. The company and app are NOT trustworthy. Recommend avoiding.

Blitzit has genuinely helped me keep my ADHD brain on track without feeling overwhelmed. The built-in reports make it crystal clear where my time actually goes, so I can spot distractions and plan better for the day and week.

I started on the free plan and, after a week of real results, upgraded to paid without thinking twice. Since then, my weekly reviews are quicker, my focus sessions finish on time more often, and the new integrations they’re rolling out fit neatly into my work. The community is active, and the team clearly listens to suggestions and requests. Moreover, two of the features i like about Blitzit are that: the UI and the hovered time tracker beside my applications while i work.

Simple, reliable, and perfect for anyone who wants to track time. I really love it. Highly recommend.

This application is very interesting and it helped me to plan my projects and track them easily.

Good thing is I can access this software on mac and iPhone both.

Very simple but useful system to boost my productivity

I’ve used more productivity tools than I can count, and most of them overpromise and underdeliver. Blitzit is different. It’s clean, fast, and actually helps me stay in flow instead of getting buried in busywork.
As a Creative Lead at Miro and a content creator, I’m constantly context-switching, and Blitzit makes it feel effortless.
If you’re serious about getting sh*t done and cutting out the noise, this is the one to try.

Blitzit est un outil génial qui m'a permi d'augmenter ma productivité. Ayant un TDAH, pas facile de rester concentré ou de savoir par quoi démarrer.
Avec Blitzit je n'ai plus le choix, je me prépare ma to do list le matin, et ensuite j'enchaîne les tâches avec leur mode Focus intelligent qui ne me laisse plus le choix que d'avancer tâche par tâche, plutôt que de partir dans tous les sens et finir ma journée sans avoir fait quelque chose de concret !

The productivity app I've been waiting for! In this day and age where it's so difficult to focus, Blitzit helps get work done. With it's slick design and various integrations, Blitzit helps you get the job done. I really enjoy all the different lists one can create and views this app provides. The Pomodoro timers and reports helps accomplish what most apps cannot. The customer service is really good as well. Keep up the great job. I can't wait for the mobile app to make this a truly productivity app powerhouse

Blitzit is very nice app. It performs as advertised. I'm a software developer and have tendencies to get distracted in the middle of something. The "Focus" feature with the ability to take note is wonderful. It is giving me the ability to first make a note, then pause - follow the distraction, get something to eat...and then pick up where I left off easier. No looking for the right piece of paper and then translating my hand writing before resuming. Looking forward to working with the mobile/phone app version - specifically Android. Also looking forward to exporting data into excel or a csv. Nice work. Keep it up.

This app has been incredibly helpful for organising my to-do list and, most importantly, tracking the time spent on each task. It's a fantastic tool for developing strong time management habits.

I already left them a review somewhere else but I just can't hype them enough. If you have struggles finding a system or tool that actually helps you stay organised and focused please give Blitzit a try. I have it linked with google calendar which it's also linked to my asana and Blitzit works amazingly with scheduled tasks. I schedule everything in asana and just by pressing "sync events" all my tasks appear in Blitzit with the correct duration ready to start the timer. It's amazing and so helpful as in Asana I can have a to do list but I never know exactly how long it should take me for example. Blitzit is a simple tool to reduce your complicated todo lists into a smart list that's clear for someone who suffers with time blindness and focus issues. Can't recommend it enough. I never work without Blitzit anymore.

This app has kept me motivated and focused on tasks. I use Blitzit for personal projects. I suffer from a blood clotting disorder and have focus complications from this disorder but this app has helped me retain info (tasks) that needs to be completed. So I break down tasks into very small chunks to simplify complicated tasks. Plus it builds my confidence when I complete a big task. I love Blitzit and would highly recommend the app to everyone who just need to focus or break things down, and stay motivated completing the task.

I use this every day! I am a freelance software project manager and I manage three clients - and this can get overwhelming sometimes. But ever since I started using Blitzit, I've been able to organise my tasks and most importantly - FOCUS - and actually get things done one after another and another and another! Love it, and love the dopamine rush of hitting "Done" and getting the celebratory message! Very cool app.
