Kyle took the time upfront to properly understand what I was looking for and my investment criteria. Within a couple of weeks he identified a suitable property, which I have since gone on to purchase.

Throughout the process he was proactive, responsive, and straightforward to deal with. He also introduced me to a Solicitor and Mortgage Broker, both of whom were excellent and helped make the transaction smooth from start to finish.
