Couldn’t recommend Jamie more highly. Excellent communication, efficient, friendly and eager to move things along for us throughout the process, which was very helpful when we had to deal with more challenging solicitors at the same time! We always knew Jamie would pick up for us, and want to help, and we’re so glad that our experience buying our first home was with him. Thank you so much!

Right Choice were excellent from start to finish. Matt has been particularly helpful when a few problems arose along the way. He was constantly keeping us up to date with progress and was in contact with Solicitors to push the sale along smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Matt was absolutely excellent throughout our selling / purchasing process and continued to provide ongoing support when the first purchase fell through. Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences.

The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed.

It’s a big decision to move home, and inviting estate agents in to value your property is the first stressful step. I met a few, but I chose Matt and Jamie from Right Choice because they genuinely understood where I was coming from.
The process has been long and full of ups and downs, but they kept me informed throughout. They always responded promptly, and on one occasion Jamie even called me while he was on holiday just to give me an update — that meant a lot.
Both Matt and Jamie listened, reassured me, and gently guided me whenever I needed to rein things in or keep perspective — always respectfully, never dismissively.

From start to finish both Jamie and Katy fully supported me to sell my mums house. Jamie was really helpful after my mum died and I needed the house valued for probate. He then waited patiently for me to feel ready to put it up for sale.
During the sale Jamie guided me through everything and both him and Katy did many house viewings, always caring for the property too. Despite some offers that fell through (buyers own issues) they continued to make sure that the house was marketed and get the right people through the door. They then supported me and the buyers throughout the legal process and kept me fully informed. Jamie's recommendation for a solicitor was spot on they did a great job too. We came across Jamie and his firm after seeing a property online he was representing. Whilst that property had sold Jamie offered to come round and value our home. At first I was reluctant as I'd already experienced a few pushy estate agents but I'm glad Jamie came round as from the start he was honest told us what to look out for and was knowledgeable.
