Hey Amna, we’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying Blomp! You’ll receive your referral bonus once your invited friends sign up using your unique referral link and create their accounts. Just sending the invite won’t activate the bonus, they need to actually join.

Also, please remember that both you and your referrals need to sign in at least once a year to keep your free storage active. This helps us make sure accounts stay current and storage remains available for active users. We’re happy to have you as part of the Blomp family!

Hello,
We wanted to revisit the review you posted, given the additional information we received about your case. While we’ve already reached out separately, we also wanted to connect here in case you missed our direct message.
From what we can see, the issue arose because your original account was deactivated under our Free Plan policy, which requires logging in at least once every 12 months. (Only paid plans do not require the users to log in once a year)
Although we do offer a reactivation option for a small $5 fee, it looks like you have created a brand-new account using the same email address. This unfortunately reset your account history and removed access to older files.
To clarify, this wasn’t a system failure. Now, looking at your current account, it is fully active and secure. Just a reminder, since it’s on our Free Plan, you’ll just need to log in at least once a year to keep it active going forward.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Blomp wasn’t what you expected.

From the moment you reported the issue, we tried to resolve it, including asking for more details and a screenshot of your dashboard so our technical team could better understand the problem and support you. Unfortunately, those details were never sent, which limited our ability to troubleshoot.

We’d also like to clarify regarding your Trustpilot review, we never declined to refund you. Your refund was processed in full via Amazon Pay, as soon as you confirmed you didn’t wish to proceed.

The issue you experienced was specific to our BlompLive app, which is currently being updated for Windows 11. In the meantime, our web dashboard and BlompGo app for Windows were available and working for other users.

We truly appreciate you giving Blomp a try and wish you the best. If you ever decide to return, we’d be happy to personally guide you step-by-step to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We also checked our records and could not find any support ticket or message from you. Our support forum is monitored 24/7, and we always respond when someone reaches out. Can you please let us know where you contacted us?
