The range of products on Bloomable's online page is diverse and well priced, with several packaging options available.
The punctuality of service and the quality of the product delivered was very impressive and well received by the recipient.
Thank you to the kindness and professionalism of the Bloomable team!

They "didn't have the flowers I ordered in stock" despite the option staying available on their website even as I write this.

They offered 2 arbitrary and worse alternatives for the same price.

I tried to communicate with them regarding my options and they just didn't respond.

I'm now trying to cancel and can't reach them by phone.

Really awful experience.

I am not that thrilled with Bloomable. I ordered a gift and paid for it and the shipping fee. However, the next day I was contacted and informed to pay an extra amount for the delivery option! It is dishonest and unacceptable to jump these surprises on customers.

Easy to.order and pay online bouquet looked amazing much better than online photo. My mother was very impressed with the bouquet and service once again. Thank you

Bloomable delivered the loveliest flowers to our daughter, which I ordered online. It was exactly what I wanted and she was thrilled. Their online facility is easy to use and quick - after you've made your choice of a large selection. Their service is excellent and prompt. I used them before and will again in future. Poor quality & shocking attention to detail

I ordered a bouquet and card from Bloomable for Mother's Day, expecting a premium, thoughtful delivery. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what was advertised.

3 major issues:

1. The note was not handwritten. Instead of writing my message inside the card as promised, Bloomable printed it on a separate sheet of paper and used four staples to attach it to a piece of cardboard. The actual card I paid for arrived completely blank. This felt impersonal and untidy, making an expensive gift look tacky.
2. The sender information was omitted entirely. There was no indication of who the flowers were from, so my mother had no way of knowing I had sent them. This defeated the entire purpose of a sentimental Mother's Day surprise.
3. I selected the Lemon Lush bouquet as shown on the website, but what was delivered was significantly different:

- the arrangement contained more dried leaves and foliage than fresh cut flowers which made the bouquet look tired and unappealing.
-The bouquet also included yellow roses and dried pink foliage – neither of which appear in the Lemon Lush bouquet as advertised on the site.

I chose Bloomable expecting care and attention to detail. Sadly, both the presentation and the basic communication failed. I cannot recommend them for special occasions where a personal touch matters.

Placed the order for Cape Town at about 11:30am on a very, very stormy rainy and windswept day - delivered at 4:30pm - excellent!!!!

They delivered my Mother’s Day flowers after 6pm. How disappointing. It definitely did not ‘make her day’ as suggested in their email, since she didn’t have them the entire day.

I have used Bloomable a few times to have flowers delivered to the Knysna area. The flower arrangements are beautiful and are always delivered on time. A couple of times there have been issues with the ordering process from my side (perhaps to do with my Austrian card) but the friendly customer care ladies, especially Nastassja, are efficient and kind and have sorted the ordering problems straight away. I am very happy with Bloomable and have no hesitation in recommending the company! Thank you for the wonderful service!

The same day service. The hands on customer service. The small details like the hand written note. The fresh and well packaged blooms and bunches. Every part of it was exceptional and in todays world that is hard to find. So well done.

Heel prettig bedrijf. Alles gaat digitaal maar ook via mail kun voor vragen terecht en je krijgt snel antwoord. Mijn bestelling werd netjes op tijd bezorgd. Ik zou zo weer bij dit bedrijf bestellen.

With only 3 hours to go and on a Saturday as well!! They delivered the most beautiful flowers to my daughter’s best friend! It was her 21st and she felt so special when they called her to reception.

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday from Australia.

It worked perfectly and the team did a wonderful job, the flowers were beautiful and in excellent condition.

They are a little pricey but supporting small businesses and getting good service makes it worth it.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my Aunt in South Africa for her birthday and I can honestly say it is absolutely stunning and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the lovely flowers and also an efficient delivery service. I would highly recommend using them. ❤️❤️.

The can do attitude 👍 yesterday I placed an order for delivery in Strandfontein Village but the system told me that they didn't deliver to the area on Saturday. I changed the delivery date to the Monday to enable the order to go through. Then I sent Yekini an email to share my experience and ask whether it was possible for her to arrange delivery on the Saturday in time for Eid. She immediately got back with a positive response. In addition she assured me that she had conveyed explicit instructions to the other florist to ensure that the bouquet was of the same high standard as the previous 5 sent. I have had the pleasure of communicating with Yekini on previous occasions and she definitely qualifies for absolute excellence in customer service 💝

The team at Bloomable turn ordering flowers into something far more special than a simple online transaction.
