Very disappointing experience with Bloomr. The flowers were extremely overpriced for mediocre quality, and the vase was identical to ones I buy for under 100 SAR. It did not reflect the price at all. When I asked for a refund, I was told I must pay for expensive return delivery. One of my worst purchases ever. I truly regret it and will not use Bloomr again

Ordered an item to be shipped to KSA from Dubai. Now over two weeks and still waiting. Customer service advises shipments are from 10-21 business days. This is truly a joke. Will not be ordering again and hopefully one day will receive my item!

I bought a quite expensive artificial tulip vase (AED 1,300) and was initially very happy with it. However, after just six months the gelatine water inside turned brown, which was very disappointing for such a high-end item. When I contacted customer service, I was told that replacing the gelatine would cost an additional AED 400.
For a premium purchase, I expected long-lasting quality and better after-sales support. Having to pay extra to fix an issue so soon after purchase doesn’t feel fair or aligned with the value of the product. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and I cannot recommend it based on durability and service.

Ok products, but impacted by very poor customer service. Disappointing experience (it took almost two weeks with a lot of back and forth to organize a straightforward return).

ordered some plants and flower arraignments for our new apartment. delivery was very good and the quality is very impressive! I will definitely be ordering more.

I bought the Agatha Cabinet. It’s a nice piece and I really like it.

However, the back of the cabinet is not a solid wood like the rest. It’s a cheap cardboard-ish cover.

This is disappointing given that this is NOT shown or mentioned on the website. Had this been made with the same material and quality as the rest I would give 5*. Also, it’s just a shame when they’ve taken the time to make such a nice cabinet that they go cheap on what you can’t see.

So, whilst I like it and I’ve gotten over it, I probably would not have bought it had I known.

Never ever order with them! Horrible customer service! Asked some useless Philippini guy to make sure my order is delivered by certain time as it was a birthday gift and order of course didn’t arrive!

Ordered a table to arrive 4 days ago, they showed up with a wrong table 3 days late, showed up again on the 4th day, wrong timing as per schedule and wrong table AGAIN!

Customer service is useless, no action is taken on solving issues and always late response with excuse after excuse.....

Still didn't received the correct table, and wasting my time every day trying to get it....

Will NEVER order from this company again!
