I ordered a sweater a few months ago. I eventually received it after a long wait. However, I ordered a large and I received a small. All attempts to rectify the situation have fallen short. No one ever gets back to me. I took a chance and ordered another sweater about a month ago and to date, I haven't received the sweater. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Very happy with the quality of product. Lovely colours and the material was soft and cozy. I will definitely order again.

Took a little loger to recieve my sweaters but I am satisfied with my orders

The clothes are beautiful, but it sure took a long, long, time for delivery. Customer Service is great. I wrote to get an update, and my question was answered immediately, and I was given options. Very good contact!

Prompt response to order and quality of items

The sizes were a little smaller than I thought but the items will work for me. The material were very nice. I am looking forward to wearing them for a long time.

I ordered 2 sweaters. The ordering process was simple, the sweaters arrived quickly and the sweaters were a great quality, looked just as pictured and fit true to size.

I've already ordered one sweater which is well-made. Arrival was slow. But I decided to order 5 more sweaters assuming they would be of equal quality. My credit card was processed immediately but I never received a confirmation and tracking number from the company. The current order was placed one month ago. I sent an email requesting a tracking number. No response. Based on several of the other reviews here, I'm starting to get concerned about a) arrival time and b) quality. The company could improve regarding providing tracking information and customer service. Also, if it's true that the sweaters are not made in the U.S. as advertised and that returns must be mailed overseas, that's false advertising and I won't order from them again.

Products took almost three weeks to arrive and do not fit properly, way over-sized. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Impossible to get a number for customer service and their customer email does not exist to arrange a refund. The company advertises they are made in the USA and clearly they are not. Be warned do not order anything from Blooroy.

I must say I was sceptical about getting it delivered to my house. Had bad experience shopping on line but this jacket came on time and is exactly as it looks on photo. I’m very happy with the fit too although I’m size « petite » so the sleeves are to long. I wish size “petite” was offered.

The shipment delivery was a little slow, however I was very pleased with the quality and appearance of my purchase.

I placed my order over 6 weeks ago. I got word that it was on the way two weeks ago but the USPS tracking number shows that a label was created but USPS hasn't actually received the package yet. I've contacted the customer service and they email back that it's on the way. Really? The English they use to describe things is suspect. There is no phone number to call. All I want is an honest answer from them. The greatest frustration has been their customer service. I will NEVER order from them again. Let's hope I get the package eventually.
Finally got my order and none of the three sweaters work for me. I was told that a packing slip would be with the order with directions to return there was nothing with the sweaters. The email order confirmation has a button to exchange or return but it doesn't work. There is a link on their website but when you click on it, the link says page isn't available. I have tried every way to find out how to return these items and get a refund. I'm getting NO ANSWER! I'm out well over $100 and can't even get any help. I have since contacted my credit card company who is looking into the matter--their rep suspects there is fraud going on and I agree. PLEASE AVOID this company at all costs.

Beautiful sweater I ordered. However, it's too big for me. I didn't notice a packing slip and would like to exchange it for a size Large.
The sweater was returned back to the company with a note that I would like to exchange it for a different size. I hope I get the exchange, or a refund.

The jacket is unbelievable I truly love it.

Other than shipping being slow, I love what I purchased. Very good quality.
