Bissy was extremely helpful when we were looking for our nanny. Her approach is reassuring, calm and wise and she demonstrated an ability early on to really understand what we were looking for. The nanny profiles she shared with us were spot on. We'd recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.

Very happy to have registered with this agency. Super lovely team, the communication and support has always made me comfortable to reach out and accept jobs. There’s always work available in different locations. Flexibility especially for work life balance. Overall best place to work. Nothing beats a strong team who understands what it takes to run a business to a high standard.

Very lovely and supportive team - any queries or issues I had, I was able to raise with them and they dealt with it promptly.

Lots of shifts available, received via email and app.
Once you work with one family, they tend to ask for you again.

Submit timesheet once a month, a couple days before you are paid. Any issues again have been dealt with very swiftly.

The management is always ready and quick to respond to questions and challenges I encounter in the field of work. I can text, call or email anytime of the day regardless of the hour and surprisingly, a quick response will come and that’s a relief for me because it makes working more easier and no stress at all. One thing that can be worked on is their booking system as sometimes they have technical problems which can cause delays in bookings or cancellations.

Blossomtree Families approached me in May and have been the most helpful and efficient Nannying agency I have come across.
Elisa and Bissy are exceptionally fantastic and made leaving my full-time Nursery job so much easier and stress free. They was extremely professional and thorough with the interview process. They are always there to help, going above and beyond e.g. working late at night to confirm hours for the following morning and ensuring you have some work in place. I enjoy working for Blossomtree family services, all the families I have worked for has been kind and friendly. The children have been a wonder to look after !
