Customer service is really bad, blueair do not reply to emails or reply to customers full stop! They supposed to be replacing my current one as the lead cable has popped out , no contact with them for... ãã£ãšèŠã
Liked it while it worked, but to be honest, don't know how well it actually worked. Then it stopped working, and customer service was absolute garbage. They couldn't offer any helpful trouble shooting... ãã£ãšèŠã
Bought a 3250i air purifier from well know online shopping channel, searched for a replacement filter after 6 months use, no where in the UK sells the filter making the machine useless after 6 months... ãã£ãšèŠã

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I just spent 3 days interacting with BlueAir and their awful ZenDesk AI for an air filter subscription problem. I was trying to cancel an existing subscription that would be replaced by a new one - but the page for managing subscriptions kept emitting an error "Something went wrong when loading your subscriptions." (Ironically, this was also the page that the NEW subscription e-mail confirmation told me to go to - but neither the new nor old subscriptions would show up.)
ZenDesk AI "customer service" kept repeating itself offering solutions that didn't work earlier. Finally the system pushed me to a "real person" (I'm not certain he was real) who informed me that they have a known problem an I should access their system using a PC (instead of a Mac) and using a different browser!
Two issues here: (1) why didn't ZenDesk AI know that it was a known issue and respond accordingly all the times that I asked for help? and (2) the "Real person" was almost as bad as the ZenDesk AI. It took 10 minutes to subsequently ask him to cancel a subscription that I could not see - and then he asked if I wanted to also cancel the new subscription.... Apparently all of the information that I had previously entered was discarded, not available, or the CS rep just didn't look at it. This was after a 20 minute wait online. Also, I had sent an e-mail two days earlier that was never responded to. This company seems to be in some sort of meltdown - or at least all of the systems and ZenDesk AI help are in a complete meltdown. Just awful.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. They kept me in loop for 2 months with no resolution in the end. I even shipped the faulty product to them and they never kept any of their promises. Just do yourself a favor and not buy from them
2 NEW UNITS SMELL LIKE URINE
I have 2 units, each are 3 months old. They've been disinfected, cleaned and disinfected thoroughly, and I only use distilled water. There are 2 new filters in there, also. SMELLS LIKE URINE - so much it smells like multiple dogs peed on a rug. I've emailed for 2 weeks asking for help and then finally I get a scripted response that I'll be sent new filters. WHAT?? I reply multiple times explaining I already changed the filters and did everything I needed to on my own - cleaning, etc. I wanted to know why it's happening and is there something wrong and does it need replacing? No response for another week. I finally called after searching for the customer service phone number and then - after an HOUR on the phone and being put on hold multiple times - (I'm told the call is recorded - GREAT, maybe someone will listen to the recording and hear the issue) I'm told they'll send me new filters! I DON'T NEED NEW FILTERS, I remind this rep again of everything I've done including new filters in the units. At this point I just want a refund, so I ask for a refund and a box and label to return. Another long hold apparently to speak to a manager or supervisor. I'm told I have to send them back in a box I supply and then when they receive them back at their warehouse it's another 2 weeks of waiting for a refund. So.... defective and disgusting products, weeks of trying to reach someone, I'm told the onus is NOW ON ME to get a box (could take me a week or so if I MAYBE get a box for something else they may fit??, and then I have to go to UPS with them box in large boxes and return them. Then I have to wait for the units to get to them (could take a week or more) and then I get a refund another 2 weeks after that. SERIOUSLY? So around 6 weeks until I get a refund and can buy something else.
That's horrible customer service, especially since I've purchased 5 air purifiers from them. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT BUY these units. No customer service. No taking care of customers. No responses to emails except throwing free filters at me. Read Amazon Reviews. I wish I did! I will never buy from them again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

Returns are Finicky and they have deceptive/misleading marketing
Be wary and on top of it if you think you may return an item you order from them. Their return period is 30 days from order date, while they claim to have a "30 day home trial" on the product page (this is deceptive and misleading marketing). On day 30 (after order date, not date of receiving the item) I went to their start a return link and it stated my item is out of the return window. I submitted a support ticket to return the item, but it is after hours of their operating times, so I will wait to see if they can help assist with the return.
Can't even checkout correctly
The reviews for the air purifiers are great, so I wanted a Blue Signature. Price on the website is £319 at checkout - tried to check out twice (only option seems to be with Paypal) but when the authorisation for my CC comes through its for £383. Tried again, same result so didn't order. Messaged customer service, no reply. Got an automated 'we saved your basket' email here is a code for 10% off. Tried again, code was not valid. So based on the disastrous inability to actually purchase the product at its stated price it sets alarm bells for future interactions!
PAYMENT options for Blueair products
I needed my first replacement filter for my Blueair 3250i. When I went to "check out" there was only ONE payment option.... Paypal. I'm not a fan of Paypal so I searched for a credit card option..... I found one, only to discover it was going to be used to setup a Paypal account!
If I had known this when I was looking to buy an Air purifier I would not have bought the Blueair unit. I tried to post my experience on their review section on their website and they took it down.
Suffice to say I will not be purchasing any Blue air products in the future.

I have gone through three Dream Well Humidifier H76i units in three months. One lasted 2 months, one lasted 3 days, the last one didn't function from day 1.
Save your money, this company cannot make humidifiers. Their air filters are fine.
Customer service is really bad
Customer service is really bad, blueair do not reply to emails or reply to customers full stop! They supposed to be replacing my current one as the lead cable has popped out , no contact with them for a week now. The cable becoming dangerous is not necessarily new to these purifiers. It's a common flaw with the product. Buy a purifier, yes. But don't go for blueair.
Solid products EXECELLENT customer service
I have been using Blue air for years and generally like their quality. I ordered an air purifier for my mother without really measuring. When it came it was too big. I called to do an exchange and they said they don't do exchanges but did a return without any cost to me. They also helped me with another purchase, I was off the phone in 10 minutes (no bot) and then she sent me an emailing detailing everything we just talked about with instructions again. We don't get that kind of customer service in the US anymore. I was thoroughly impressed.

Blue air refused to post my negative review
Interesting that I wrote my review on Blue air's site and they would not post it because it was negative. My filer "dust Magnet" was delivered damaged, they ignored my many emails with pictures and I had to call them many times to get them to ship a new one.(not received yet) just awful customer service, there are many equal to and greater filters less expensive do your homework. A deceitful company is not to be trusted, false reviews on there website to drives sales, shame on you.

The product hasnât worked as expected, and to make things worse, I contacted the company via email two weeks ago and still havenât received any response. Itâs frustrating to spend money on a product and then be ignored when you need help. I was hoping for better quality and customer support â definitely reconsidering whether to buy from this brand again.

Bought a BlueAir Purifier from Argos and really wish I hadn't. Switching the machine on and switching between modes if nigh on impossible due to the ridiculous control panel. Who designed this thing? You have to literally press down as hard as you can trying to switch modes! Why? It drove me utterly insane. All you want is a simple button to press. Honestly, this has to be the worst designed machine I have ever encountered. The awful control panel caused huge difficulty right from the off and because of that is going straight back to Argos. As to whether it works or not couldn't possibly say.

Poor controls on Mini Max
I purchased the Mini Max at Costco and found the control buttons very frustrating. Similar to other reviews, the controls are not very responsive. i called the company and they suggested returning it to Costco.
