Wahnsinns Kundenservice (Danke an Chem!) und super Gerät

Ich wollte hier mal eine kurze Rückmeldung geben, weil ich wirklich positiv überrascht bin. Ich habe den Levoit Staubsauger bei Amazon bestellt und finde das Teil an sich schon richtig klasse – die Saugleistung ist top und er macht genau das, was er soll.
Leider war bei mir etwas kaputtgegangen, weshalb ich mich direkt an den Hersteller gewendet habe. Ich muss sagen: Was für eine tolle Firma! Der Kundenservice ist absolut spitze und sie sind mir sofort entgegengekommen, um das Problem zu lösen.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Mitarbeiter Chem! Er hat sich super lieb gekümmert und alles ermöglicht, damit ich schnell wieder ein funktionierendes Gerät habe. Heute wurde mein Ersatzteil angenommen und ich bin einfach nur glücklich, dass das so reibungslos geklappt hat.
Ich kann die Firma und den Staubsauger wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen. Hier ist man als Kunde noch richtig gut aufgehoben. Danke nochmal an Chem für die tolle Hilfe!

Nach 2 Jahren und 8 Monaten ist das Hauptstaubsaugerohr am Gelenk gebrochen. Da ich noch einen Saugroboter habe wurde das Gerät in der Woche höchstens zweimal benutzt.
Hersteller meinte keine Garantie mehr (verstehe ich) keine Ersatzteile mehr (komisch), null Kulanz (geht gar nicht).
Deshalb die schlechte Bewertung!
Meine Meinung: Finger weg von diesen Produkten!

Luftreiniger core 300s bestellt und ein gebrauchtes Gerät erhalten, welches noch nicht mal grob abgewischt wurde. Filter ist auch bereits ausgepackt und eingebaut (Quickstart guide sagt: "Entfernen Sie die Folie um den Filter und setzen Sie ihn ein"), daher vermutlich auch bereits gebraucht. Anleitung fehlt. Bisher keine Reaktion.

Der Kundenservice ist super.
Es wird sehr schnell geantwortet und uns wurde gut geholfen.
Chem vom Kundensuport ist sehr freundlich und hat uns direkt geholfen.

Supplied with a faulty air purifier and no response from customer service to rectify. There is an email address only and no telephone contact available. Avoid this company as they are deliberately negligent with customer support. I know this as they are extremely efficient at taking your money!

The Levoit 2.5L Top Fill humidifier is not built to be cleaned. The brush that comes with the unit is not designed to fit into the water crevices to be cleaned. I decided to write for support and received a case number. The person asked for : - PDF/screenshot of the order invoice (including the date of purchase, order ID, and product information)
- Photo or video of what you are experiencing with the product
- Clear photo of the model number sticker (typically found on the back or bottom of the unit)
- Full name and shipping address . The would not be needed since I was sent an order # invoice. Shouldn't that be in your records. Taking a photo of the bottom of the unit is next to impossible because most of the wording blends into the unit. I sent all of this to them. Waited a week and resubmitted the information. The person sent an email stating the photo was not clear. That was 3 days ago. NO RESPONSE. Two case numbers and no help. I have trashed the unit and happy that there are other humidifiers that seem to be of far better quality as well as have excellent customer service.

Horrible experience with this product, the customer support, and trying to get a replacement next to impossible. In bad health after catching horrible cold. I was told I could benefit from the use of an air purifier. A relative purchased one for me and dropped it off. Very happy I went online and registered the product and couldn't wait to use. I plugged it it and turned it on everything appeared fine. Didn't pay attention to it as I assumed it was doing it's job. Helping me to breath better. Then I noticed it wasn't makingng any noise yet lights were on and nothing was coming out . Well it went back in box and when I received email from company looking for me to support there product or sell me something else I told them. It's horrible , how do I get a replacement or refund? They replied with a laundry list of things to do. I responded with a screenshot of my product registration email showing my warranty # a picture of the unit and a firm email, requesting a replacement. We'll now they replied with another list for me to do including a video, original invoice , and a demonstration. What a sham , my product registration with manufacturer warranty with a consumer statement that there item does not work and that it's defective is not sufficient. I'm sorry but in this country if you sell a product that does not perform or operate as intended the manufacturer must warranty there product. So avoid this product and this company. If they can sell us junk that don't work like it's supposed to and won't honor there warranty. They will do it to you

Toller Kundenservice. Da das Ersatzteil im Handel nicht zu bekommen war, wurde uns, trotz abgelaufener Garantie und Eigenverschulden, schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Kulanterweise wurde uns das Teil kostenlos zugeschickt. Vorbildlich! Auch mit dem Vortex IQ40 sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe bei Levoit einen falschen Artikel erhalten. Alle geforderten Unterlagen und Fotos habe ich vollständig eingereicht und um eine Erstattung des Differenzpreises gebeten, da ich den richtigen Artikel dringend benötige.
Nach Einsendung aller Informationen kam keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Der Kundenservice reagiert einfach nicht. Dieses Verhalten ist unprofessionell und enttäuschend.
Ich kann Levoit aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Vorsicht: Die Seite levoit.de ist absolut nicht seriös. Ich habe momentan nur Probleme mit denen und sie sind sehr schwer zu erreichen. Ich bin inzwischen mit Klarna in Kontakt.
Ich soll etwas bezahlen, das ich storniert habe und nie erhalten habe. Die Marke Levoit kommt bei mir definitiv nie wieder ins Haus. Das war’s.

Der Staubsauger ist einfach klasse..
Ich hatte schon so viele Sauger.
Aber dieser hebt sich ab!
Besonders auch der erstklassige Kundenservice 🫶
Sind sofort erreichbar und lösen das Problem..in meinem Falle hatte ich Probleme mit den Laufrollen..Kundenservice angeschrieben, sehr schnelle Antwort erhalten und nach kurzer Zeit habe ich eine neue Saugbürste erhalten!! Das nenne ich echt mega ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had my Levoit (owned by VeSync) for over a year and I’ve replace the original core filter every few months. My unit is making a well known “chirping” sound which has been going on over a month. I’ve contacted Levout customer service now 4 seperate times and they refuse to respond to my warranty request. I would avoid this company since they claim they have excellent customer service and warranty but I’ve not been able to get a reply from anyone. I even wrote their CEO including the VeSync their partner company. No one has responded. I would never buy another product from LeVoit.

Antes de la mala atención del servicio al cliente, teníamos una opinión bastante buena sobre esta marca, tenemos un aspirador , torre ventilador, purificador y un desastroso humidificador el cual ha funcionado un mes y después se volvió loco llegando a alcanzar niveles de humedad de un 90%, viviendo en una zona poca humedad en el ambiente , contacte con ellos y me han mareado durante varias semanas, con pruebas estúpidas para después decirme que es normal. En conclusión por la mala atención no volveré a comprar productos de esta marca, los humidificadores no funcionan bien, tenéis un problema de producto y os da igual lo que opine el cliente, solo os importa el dinero

Ich habe vor zwei Jahren einen Akkusauger gekauft und war bisher zufrieden. Leider war kurz nach Ende der Garantiezeit das Knickrohr gebrochen.
Ohne Mehrkosten habe ich ein Ersatzrohr zugeschickt bekommen.

Ich habe mir einen Luftreiniger von Levoit Core 600s gekauft, das Ding macht schon sehr gute Arbeit, aber verbraucht trotz Eco funktion sehr viel Strom. Habe die Serviceabteilung angeschrieben das Sie mir einen Retourenschein zuschicken sollen und bis jetzt noch keine Antwort.

Bought two new purifies - they arrived without power supplies - Levoit refused to provide replacements as they don't keep any spares for the items they sell. Avoid buying anything from this company - they cant provide any support - they don't keep spares

Getting worse and worse, everything from quality to what little remains of their customer service. Never buying again.

I bought wrong size Air purifier. Its huge. Trying to contact them and waiting for reply is tiring.
Trying to return purifier,not even used as very large. I'm a pensioner and item bulky. Knew by the size of box. I can return at my own cost. Disappointed and happy to exchange for smaller one.ive bought 600smart purifier

No way of contacting them by phone from the UK. You can email and that then becomes a VERY long winded process and they can ask for a video which is almost impossible to send to them as the file is too large.
I like their purifiers but any issues with machines or filters and it's a problem doubled by their lack of support outside the US.
It has put me off future purchases.
It's also really annoying not being able to get the full range of replacement filters in the UK.
Some of mine have only lasted 2 months not 6-12 and it's being used in the countryside.
If you buy from Amazon the link to contact Levoit and their website, send you to a random company called Mellif Tools, VERY odd.
PLEASE Levoit, provide UK customers with a telephone or chat to contact you with!
