Ken Jackson . I have used Bluebird care for the last few years and have always received outstanding service .
All the staff are always very helpful and friendly nothing is ever too much trouble.
They spend time chatting with me as well as efficiently tending to all my needs .
Emily has been visiting me from the very start . She is always happy and friendly helping me in my home and we always have a friendly chat .
All the staff are excellent and I look forward to their visits

Bluebird is not only good, excellent,or great, IT'S SUPERB, last few years I have been working in different companies looking for perfect life-work balance, and I have found Bluebird, where management team , carers, organisation of work, support from management are just beyond of excellence. Management there always available ready to support , listen, guide and appreciate work and effort. I'm shortly in Bluebird but already feel like in family, the team is professional, well trained, experienced, supportive, kind and friendly. I'm very happy, lucky and honoured to be part of Bluebird!

I’ve worked for bluebird care for a while now and i can honestly say its been an amazing company. I work as a live in carer and the company has gone above and beyond with supporting me as an employee.This is a very supportive and caring team that provides very good care . I used Bluebird Care for the first time for my grandma and I can’t recommend them enough.
From the first phone call to the excellent care we received from the carers, they made the whole process easy.
The compassion shown by the care team was second to none, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I could not fault the care that Lynne and Rachael gave to my mum when they found she had fallen at home.
Since we have increased mums visits to twice a day all those that have been in to help her have taken great care of her treating her with dignity and respect.

Anne Marie came and did our 6 monthly review. We were able to discuss things in a helpful way and she tries to accomadate our needs including earlier a later visit for our son's wedding. The carers are all very good.

Dementia training was well put together. Wearing the gert suit really made me aware of how people suffering with dementia feel.

The Bedford team have been very proactive and supportive with their care of my mum.
Easy to contact. Professional with their advice. All enquiries are taken seriously, no matter how small.
All members of staff have been courteous and polite.

All the care staff are so pleasant, friendly and very professional. I so appreciate their help as it both speeds up and eases both my start and end to the day leaving me calm and at peace with the world rather than agitated at my own clumsy efforts to cope.

I have worked at Bluebird Care for almost 9 years. I started as a care assistant and have since progressed to care champion, mentor and now a supervisor. I have found that the standard of training offered is excellent with plenty of opportunities and encouragement to progress in a career I love. My colleagues are very supportive and we work closely as a team to ensure that all our customers have exceptional care. I would not want to work for any other care company.
