Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. We are delighted to hear that you are really happy with the care and support your wife has been receiving.
On the whole friendly and helpful, I believe that you have to give 28 days notice to cancel any visits which is not always possible as weekends away or bank holidays you may get invited out or away by your family unexpectedly , I think 48hrs is reasonable.

EVERSINCE BLUEBIRD CARE came on board we have been much happier with the care, attention and pleasantness of all the carers who visit and look after my Mum.
