I love working for Bluebird Care because it’s care with real heart. Every day I get to support people in their own homes and help them keep their independence and dignity. The team at Bluebird Burton backs you up, the training is excellent, and you’re treated like family, not just a staff number. Knowing I’ve made someone’s day better is what makes me proud to be here.

Smart uniform, a very polite manner, will listen to what you want, not impose their will . Good timekeepers. If you have a problem of any sort, just phone the office they also listen and do their very best for you

I joined Bluebird Care in 2013 as the office Administrator and I can honestly say that I have never looked back. The satisfaction that I get out of this job is second to non. Working in Care is very satisfying and rewarding, knowing that you are helping to support people to remain living in their homes and delivering top quality care.
