Care at its best
I have been with bluebird for 9&half years,.Their carers are a cut above,always going that extra mile to make sure you are looked after like one of their own.No problem is to big to Get help from the office staff,and that daily call when you've been.out of sorts is a pick me up .Thank you everyone

Wow Bluebird Care, I live locally in Cannock. I had a fall in Cannock I fell over a traffic calming mound. I fell on my face, I didn't know what to do when a lady parking her car came rushing over to me helped me to the sitting position, called an ambulance, then 2 of her colleagues came, one administered first aid the other went to direct the ambulance. The first lady called my son provided me with a foil blanket and something to sit on as the ground was wet. These three people were like angels sent to help me. My husband and I are pensioners and are not at the stage to need extra care, but I found out these three ladies were carers for Bluebird Care. If I need care later on down the line I would certainly be contacting Bluebird Care. If these ladies can react like they did to a complete stranger I can only imagine how they treat their clients. Thank you Bluebird Care.

Amazing company to work for
Amazing company to work for. Supportive office staff and management. Nothing is too much trouble. I have worked here for nearly a year and have already been given educational opportunities within the areas of care I am most interested in. I could not see myself working anywhere else now. Cannot recommend enough.

A professional and kind service
We have found Bluebird to be a kind and reliable care company. Care visits are timely and carers go above and beyond to understand and meet mom's complex needs. They communicate information clearly and documentation is of a high standard. The carers deliver safe and effective care. I would recommend this company to others.
