Staff are always helpful and supportive and always do their best to meet our care needs. The carers are lovely and very patient especially when dealing with someone that doesn't always appreciate their help!

I had to arrange care for my mum at very short notice.
Alana and Stacey came to mums apartment for an assessment they were absolutely brilliant.
In less than a week carers were in place to see mum 3 times a day.
They were all excellant and very patient wuth mum. Although I didnt meet them all my mum was full of praise.
I would highly recommend Bluebird Care.
A very professional company and very thorough with the care plan in place for mum.

My mother is now 95 and wants to remain living in her house. We used Bluebirds over 10 years ago when my father was suffering from dementia and my mother needed help to look after him . My mother was impressed by the care and support they gave then so she decided to use Bluebirds for her own care needs .
My mother has found all the ‘Bluebirds’ friendly and caring and is very happy with the service she receives. She would recommend them .

I rated Bluebird with 5 stars because we have had very good service from the carers who visit and also the contact that is available through the office staff.
Having the carers to call in each day to make a warm meal and plate an evening sandwich gives the family peace of mind knowing someone else is also assessing the health and wellbeing of their loved one.
I also know that if circumstances change I am able to contact the office and put in place extra visits.
The carers have been really good, when they see changes in my mother I am contacted or they will put in place a procedure to contact a doctor. This is reassuring.
My mother is more comfortable with just a few regular carers who she knows and doesn’t like lots of different people as she can’t remember their names. Over the past few months this is being more established, which we are grateful for.
The pricing may sound higher than other agencies but it is quoted at full cost, no add ons for mileage, weekends or holidays, which means we know the monthly payments and can budget accordingly.
Our family are grateful for how the Bluebird Care team have handled the changes over the past year and look forward to the continuing care.

When you are looking after an elderly parent in their own home it is very difficult.
Bluebird carers visit my 92 yrs old mother twice a week to help ease the workload. But also have been able to cover extra visits for her when we have needed them. The ladies are efficient and kind and what’s more important Mum enjoys their visits and it’s someone else for her to chat too.

We’ve been using Bluebird Care for a couple of years now, to assist my aging father. They have always worked efficiently and professionally and their staff have been so pleasant with my father.

This company I couldn’t rate highly enough. I have experience of another company to compare. They are very caring, go out of their way to please, and will always put the clients needs as top priority. I will always highly recommend them.

Bluebird was incredibly helpful in rapidly providing care in situ at home, and then in assisted living, following a parental stroke. We found the management to be extremely responsive and flexible-to a degree not always found in similar organisations. Amendments and concerns are dealt with immediately. Care staff are very high-quality, often mature people with a natural feel for this kind of work, demonstrating all the essential qualities of personability, competence and attention to detail, flexibility and, most crucially, empathy and kindness. Medical and related notes are logged scrupulously during each visit. I would recommend the organisation very highly indeed.

You've been looking after dad for a while now. Apart from one carer that we have asked not to reattend the rest have been fine with a few of them going above and beyond.
