Had a really excellent experience with Bluebird Care Rochdale and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for support and care for a family member. John and his team are kind and supportive all the way!

Exceptional care given to my grandmother. Carers go above and beyond with her and most importantly, she is happy and feels incredibly comfortable with them. Great relationships built with family members also and if there are any slight issues, these are dealt with effectively and swiftly. Cannot thank Bluebird care enough!

I have worked in past with Many companies but I loved this Blue Bird Rochdale they are very supportive very organised and all our clients are very valuable. They are satisfied with us.

After my partner suffered a stroke in 2017 it was to much for me to cope with and being unwell myself I clearly couldn’t manage. After going through a few care companies in the area we come across bluebird care and we have never looked back . Helping my partner to become independent again , the staff at bluebird really are our angels.
The staff help me aswell as my partner and go above and beyond
They are like part of our family , they help with appointments, shopping and recently he is back under neuro physio to help him gain better mobility and the carers will be involved in his progress

I have worked at Bluebird Care Rochdale for six years and it’s truly been a rewarding experience. I began as a care assistant and always felt supported and valued in my role. After leaving for maternity, I returned to be offered a position in the office.
John & Beryl are incredible directors. They genuinely care for both customers and staff and that care can be felt throughout the whole service. I felt it as a care assistant and I still feel it working in the office. The office environment is brilliant - friendly, supportive and efficient. We often receive praise from both staff and customers about how approachable we are and how quickly we resolve any issues. The majority of the team have been here for years which speaks volumes about the company especially in a sector know for high turnover. Our carers are truly lovely people and customers consistently share positive feedback about the quality of care they receive. I highly recommend bluebird care Rochdale to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one or anyone seeking a job in the care sector.

My mum had Bluebird Heywood for about 9 months before having to go into a care home. From first contact they were very supportive and understanding, finding the right level of care required. The carers were superb, caring and very helpful. My mim loved all the carers and looked forward to seeing them twice a day. I would like to thank Bluebird and all the staff for everything they did and their kindness.

We find Bluebird to be consistent and reliable in attending our parents. The Carers show genuine concern about their comfort and welfare and on occasions have stayed behind if medical assistance has needed to be called.
The Family Portal is invaluable and gives peace of mind. They respond quickly to any enquiries or concerns. We would recommend them without any reservations.

I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Bluebird Care Heywood. Everything was very well explained and the whole process of finding care for my elderly mother was made easy and Amie Pilmoor went above and beyond to help the family.

Bluebird care rochdale is a fantastic company to work for. In my 2 years working here I have met the most amazing individuals both staff and customers, you truly feel like a family. I can contact the office with any problem and they do there up most to help. They can resolve any matter and act quickly to do so.
