The St Albans bluebird helped my uncle
The St Albans bluebird supported my uncle, god rest his soul and they really treated him with kindness. After his Dementia, I struggled to visit due to the distance I live and he really struggled to manage. The Bluebird team were magic and always willing to help. I didn't meet many of the carers but the ones I met were brilliant. For me the important part was the honesty and information the office team provided so I didn't have to worry. Just wanted to say a big thankyou for making it so easy.

Lovely Ladies
Bluebird Care were excellent, they came to the house morning and evening for several months to help my wife who has physical and visual disabilities while I was recovering from surgery. The Ladies were caring, considerate and very helpful. They were smart in their uniforms and were cheerful and positive. We always looked forward to their visits. John.

Blue Bird Care - professional, caring and compassionate
From the start of our experience, everyone at Bluebird Care, both management and domiciliary care workers demonstrated kindness, compassion and professionalism. They understood our needs and made the process as easy as possible. They always listened and if we needed to change anything they acted on it immediately. If we needed to speak to them, they were always available and gave their time to listen and talk. The care workers were always energetic, cheerful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Blue Bird Care provides a bespoke service and we felt that they genuinely cared. The care note daily updates are particularly useful in checking on how your loved one is doing.
