I've worked at Bluebird Care for 12years,starting as a care worker and progressing to supervisor role. Throughout my journey, Bluebird has consistently provided excellent care to its customers while also being a fantastic place to work. The company offers thorough training and unwavering support,not just professionally but also on a personal level. whether your starting or looking to grow in your career the support is there. What stands out most is the Strong sense of team spirit who operate as an extended family. empathy, professionalism and genuine care are at the heart of everything they do..Bluebird regularly organises events where staff and customers come together, creating a warm fun and proactive environment. im proud to be part a team that values people and continues to thrive through compassion

It has been an excellent and amazing for me working with Bluebird as I recently joined Bluebird care from another company , and I’ve never regretted that. The company puts the interests of employees to heart, the same way they treat the customers with great respect and dignity.

I recently moved to Bluebird from another care agency and it’s been the best decision I have made. Not only do they provide training to the highest standards. Allowing us to deliver care we are proud of to keep our customers happy and safe in their own homes. They also look after us as carers. Working for bluebird is probably one of the best moves I ever made. The staff in the office, other carers and not forgetting the customers are second to none. The office staff are always there to help you no matter how big or small the problem may be.

Since joining Bluebird what I have found is every aspect of my role as a carer centres around Day to Day Communication and support to ensure that I am able to give the best care to the people I visit. For me the ones I enjoy the most are.
The Quality of Life, Dignity and Laughter that is instilled in me as a Bluebird carer. It is one of many priorities to the people I care for.I am lucky to be involved with this as a Blueburd employee. Every member of Blue bird work as a team to ensure all this is maintained and nurtured. I am lucky to be in a job that is not a chore but a pleasure.

I have worked for Bluebird Care for over a year now and the experience is just wonderful. I first joined Bluebird over 4 years ago, brand new to care. The training ( in office and out on the field) was informative and I could tell they really care about their customers and their carers. I have felt supported constantly throughout and always know I can talk to anyone. I am blessed to be part of a team that always lifts each other up.

I have over 40 years working in healthcare and experiencing healthcare at home for my father. I joined Bluebird Stafford just over a year ago this with the wish to enable others to remain at home with the necessary support for as long as possible. From the moment I started my new role I have been trained, supported and encouraged to go the extra mile and provide the best care to meet the customers individual needs. I have met a wonderful proactive team of like minded people at all levels who constantly strive to give our customers value, reliability, listen and importantly leave our customers feeling safe and with a smile. Experienced carers make a positive difference to my life. Staff are punctual and always willing to help me with my caring needs.

The workers are always punctual and have any information they need. They have appropriate clothing and footwear for the long walks which I need. I feel safe and supported while out with them. I enjoy the friendly company, and the experience helps me to cope with my day to day problems.
