Best Realtor in a long long time!

Best Realtor in a long long time!
Just bought a villa in Sosua Dominican Republic. Following a thorough web search we contacted Blue Sail Realty in Cabarete. It turned out to be our most solid real estate decision yet!
James responded to our initial enquiry. We requested a focus on Villas, houses & condos. Once we arrived in Cabarete Beach, he quickly took us under his wing & we spent a number of days viewing properties in the Sosua/Cabarete Beach area. When it came time to make an offer, we felt confident that Blue Sale Realty had gone the extra mile in leaving no stone unturned for us.
One last thing regarding Blue Sail realty and James - Now that we have closed on a villa & have moved in, James has been constantly in touch with us making sure we are doing OK and getting settled in. We told him we needed a bar-b-q. He made a recommendation and accompanied us to the store. He even negotiated a reduction in list price. Amazing!
Can't say enough good about the professional attention of James and Blue Sail Realty.

The best attribute I can state about James, his employees and company in general, is the fact his customer service continues AFTER the sale. To me and others, many others I have referred to James have stated the same, and that's important. To know that help with your new perchace is only a text or phone call away is priceless... no matter how much you invested. Hands Down The Best Realtor


We used Blue Sail Realty three years ago when we purchased our condo. James was great. I had spoke to a couple of other realtors before I chose to go through him.

From the moment we touched down in POP he made sure we were taken care of while we were there. He sent a driver (which we still call every time we make a trip there) to pick us up, made sure we had a nice place to stay that was stocked with food and drinks (which was free since we purchased a place). He picked us up on time and took us to check the places on our list out.

Each place I wanted to look at from his website was available and he also took us to a couple more he had found that he thought fit the criteria we had discussed. We ended up choosing the one I had first fell in love with through the great videos he had made and posted on his site!

Even after we purchased our place I was able to contact him for advice or help with finding my way around things there! He even sent his driver to help me shop for a new TV in Puerto Plata. He really goes above and beyond!

We still keep in contact and we will definitely use his services again in the future and we would recommend James at Blue Sail Realty to anyone who is looking for their own perfect place!🩵

Five Star Experience

He was very professional and helped make the process of buying a home stress free from start to finish. He really went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable as a first time buyer. While on vacation we were recommended by a trusted friend to reach out to Bluesail since we mentioned our interest in buying.

We dealt with James, and I can not say enough good things.
My wife is very hesitant on big purchases. James walked us through every step, and answered all of my questions with ease.
He listened to all our requirements for this purchase and he found us the perfect beachfront condo.

I have never seen my wife so happy about a purchase, and with the view we now have. It easy to understand why.

So thank you again Bluesail Realty, and specifically to James for finding us our dream beachfront condo, and making the logistics of this purchase seem effortless.
