Very helpful customer service. Love the product!

High quality products with quick delivery! Would highly recommend!

We got our umbrella through Amazon. We bought the weighted support through Bluu. The umbrella instructions included with the umbrella were not helpful. The instructions online didn't match what we had. We figured out how to put it together. The support was helpful. The weighted support was perfect. It was easy to fill with water and allowed us to move the umbrella back and forth with the peddle with ease.

My outdoor chaise lounge arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. It is solid, looks nice and most importantly, won't rust. I am very happy with it!

Quick to send the product and it packaged nicely and arrived undamaged. Overall, I would buy from them again.

Can't say enough positive things about Bluu and the customer service I received, after taking delivery of a 12-ft Pro Cantilever two-tier umbrella. The box was heavily damaged by Fedex ultimately resulting in a hole in the umbrella fabric. I reached out to Bluu customer service and they replaced the entire unit, no questions asked. Amazing service. Coincidentally, the second delivery was also damaged by Fedex but luckily this time the umbrella was fine. I highly recommend this product and this company. Super pleased.

I have researched Patio Umbrellas of all brands and models. The Bluu Sequoia Pro Cantilever Umbrella is the one I have chosen that will work best for me. The Outtra canopy is a heavy-duty fabric and the raising/lowering mechanism is very easy to use. The price was lower than all the other comparable umbrellas that I researched against, especially during a sales event. Highly very satisfied with the purchase.

Arrived quickly but not setting up til early Spring here in Michigan

Well, the umbrella came late. Ordered through Amazon and ups made a mess of it. When it finally arrived, box was very beat up. The umbrella was formed and a part was missing.
On the bright side, BLUU customer service(Anna) was great. I am waiting for new fabric and the missing part. Hope it arrives sooon.

Had a problem with the height of stand and had to fix it before we could assemble to table.

Although customer service was lacking, I do love your chaise lounger. Keep up the great work!

MY EXPERIENCE

I didn’t follow the assembly instructions as closely as I should have and ran into a problem. I received wonderful help when I reached out to them and they helped solve my problem. The box is well made and I would recommend it highly.

I have a replacement umbrella that I can’t use do to missing parts
Customer Service is slow and won’t respond to my emails
Both were sent with a damaged Umbrellas
Box missing parts
These umbrellas are to heavy to return
It cost too much for shipping
So I have two umbrellas that I can’t use.

I Really like the umbrellas ease of assembly the ease of use once set up and shade it creates. Of the many Velcro strips I use 2 corner strips to anchor one end of a bungee cord with the other end connected to my deck awning and soffit on house to keep a tight shadow line when there is a breeze. In the harsh Arkansas sun the umbrellas shade adds to my awnings shade and contributes to keeping a large portion of the deck cool. I luv it as it really enhances the outdoor experience.
