I ordered 4 market umbrellas. They were minimumly damaged during shipment. Broken or missing parts of hardware. Upon notification of our receiving, they promptly responded and engaged me in solutions. They were professional and stayed in touch. I seldom had to initiate communication! They stayed the until my satisfaction! As a small business owner, it’s imperative to have professional and responsive customer service Bluu met the mark on every level. Thank you!

The Deck Box I received from Bluu is great! Would highly recommend! Extremely sturdy and weather tight. Looks very nice. Great to have option to use it for additional seating. A little challenging to put together, but the two of us managed. A rubber mallet was helpful.

Aesthetically pleasing storage unit, straight forward assembly, keeps whatever you store dry. I would purchase again

He listened carefully, explained exactly the steps we needed to take for the return, responded quickly when we had questions, and he made sure everything was in order when we sent it out on FedEx. The service was good and the product was delivered on schedule. I ultimately went with another product but I still respect the service I received from Bluu.

Nice umbrella for our new patio!! It arrived safely and quickly, too.

When contacting Blue when a mistake was made assembling the box, the assistance was given in writing but was definitely not detailed enough to take care of the assembly issue. Proved to be challenging to correct error made in assembly the box.
However, we do like the box now that it is FINALLY assembled.

Received umbrella which had one damaged arm. Noman with Customer Service was quick to resolve and very helpful. Excellent Customer Service. Received the replacement umbrella is a shipping box that was falling apart. One end was completely open. Haven't inspected to see if this replacement umbrella is damaged or not. Either way I am confident that Noman will make things right.

My Box lid is flimsy to the point that the corners are warping up. The lids do not touch any of the walls of the box. I was under the impression that the lid sat on the side walls which would prevent pests such as snakes from entering.

I originally ordered an umbrella that turned out to not fit in my space. I reached out and Noman worked with me diligently to ultimately get a new umbrella that better fit my space. The new umbrella looks great and I was very pleased with my overall experience with Bluu -- thank you!!

Customer service helpful and efficient. Could have answered a bit quicker but wasn’t too bad. Had to have several emails to resolve my issue and answer questions. All in all, not a bad experience but a bit frustrating. Thank you. Nakeesha Haelen

Great customer service. Norman was quick to respond and very helpful.

Thus far I give the company a 1-star rating for the simple reason that I received my 9' x 9' umbrella without instructions and without any of the hardware (e.g. screws). There is absolutely no number that I can find to give them a call and speak with a live human being. I did send an email and have yet to hear from them. Happy to upgrade the rating once I expediently/quickly receive a response from the company and more importantly my missing parts.

Customer service is top notch. Have never experienced such dedicated service from a larger company before. Trust this company hands down and delivery was fast.

Received my order in two shipments, one from UPS and one from Fed-Ex. Everything delivered without damage and on schedule. Umbrella and stand. Umbrella will definitely be enjoyed here in Texas on these very hot days. So glad I ordered it and should have done it long time ago. I do recommend this product.
