Run the other way. I was lied to throughout the process of having a truck transported. promised pick up dates ,lies about transporters , changing the $ multiple times. Save yourself the disappointment and do not do business with this outfit

Bluway Auto Transport provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was initially nervous about shipping my vehicle because I had never used an auto transport company before, but their team made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free.
The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the shipment. They explained everything clearly, provided realistic timelines, and stayed in touch with me during every stage of the transport. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency regarding pricing and scheduling, which made me feel comfortable and confident working with them.

This company appears to engage in deceptive practices. They routinely accept customer deposits and then provide repeated excuses for delays, such as claiming the truck driver is unavailable, the truck has broken down, or they need more time to secure another vehicle for pickup. Despite these promises, the vehicles are rarely transported as agreed.
Customers report that deposits are taken but never refunded, with the company offering only vague or fabricated reasons. The representatives often use names that sound fictitious, and the operation does not appear to be legitimately based in the United States. Staff are frequently “on break,” unavailable, or claim that the finance manager is not in and will call back later calls that never come.
This pattern of behavior suggests a systematic issue rather than isolated problems. I strongly recommend that affected customers document all communications, file formal complaints with their state Attorney General’s office, and consider pursuing legal action for recovery of deposits and any additional losses. They are liars and lie and claim they never receive any I formation of payment of the people and keep your money.. it’s clear that you guys are liars and thieves and have been reported. Good luck

UPDATE: GET YOUR MONEY BACK IN 24 HOURS

So after a week of being ghosted and all of their phone numbers no longer working, I filed a claim on their surety bond. In less than 2 hours I received a confirmation refund email, and in less than 24 hours I had my deposit back in my account.
Their bond provider is Merchants Bonding Company. Submit a claim directly on their site. I got my money back right after doing that.

Absolutely no integrity. We signed a contract for an agreed rate, I paid a $250 deposit and the day the pick up was scheduled, the price was almost doubled. Absolutely 0% communication, accountability, and professionalism.

On May 1, 2026 I put down a deposit of 175.00 to have my car transported from ATL to Chicago. The car was supposed to be delivered on May 4th, 2026. No delivery! Call Bluway and they told me they couldn’t find a driver at first; then turn around and told us they found a driver and the car is to be delivered on Tuesday. NO CAR DELIVERED! This time the excuse was the driver truck broke down and was in the shop! Wednesday, the driver truck still in shop! STILL NO CAR DELIVERED! To make a long story short, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! I SPOKE TO MYRA, who is supposed to be the manager and requested a refund and today is the day for me to receive refund, never received refund and now they will not answer the phone! They did not call me with an update on driver, refund, no apologies for wasting my time BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY! You should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming people out of their money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE!

Very disgusted. I ordered my car to be picked up paid 100.00 waited for pickup at 1 pm as told never called never showed called at 115 was told sorry we can’t get car til next day unfortunately I couldn’t wait I had to be out of hotel that evening was told by mgr Myra I’d be reimbursed since not my fault and I’d have money back next day. Never happened been 2 months after numerous calls texts still no money back after weeks of being told it was being sent back. Stay far away from this company they lie to you and don’t refund your money

Signed a contract with Bluway Auto Transport to transport a car from Denver Co. to Bismarck, ND. Bluway promised to pickup car, but they never did, wanted more money than agreed on. Refused to return my deposit! Do NOT trust this company

I don't recommend at all they are scammers and fraud. They increase the price in last minute

Chris Williams was rude and unprofessional. Do not deal with him.

Bluway gave us a quote before the war started in Iran. Shortly afterwards the war did start and gas prices skyrocketed. It took patience and the realization that it was going to cost more. But Jordan at Bluway came through and our car will be picked up tomorrow! We can't say enough about Jordan and Bluway!

Bluway transport .Spoke to someone who called herself Veronica Rose She gave us a qoute and we paid the amount and signed the contract with the promised delivery date . After our car did not arrive on the original date promised, we were told there was a delay and promised it would arrive the next day after multiple messages to Veronica, she sent a reply generated by AI she didnt even delete the part stating this is a generated AI message. Not long after this sent message We received a call from someone who said they were with Bluway and informed us the price has changed and qouted us a $1000.00 more . So for 3 days we wasted our time with this dishonest , deceitful company. We Will be filing a report with the limited liability cooperation commission, The US Department of transportation and the fair trade commision regarding their bait and switch tactics including the sign contract with the qoute.

Don't use this company!! They do a bait and switch. Tell you one price in the contract and then once you sign they say that they can't find a driver and that you need to pay MUCH more!! Ripoff!!

Then if you do contract with them, communication is terrible. You get your auto whenever you get it - and it's always "tomorrow". Stay away!!

Misleading brokerage company, take your money somewhere else, ive received at least 10 calls asking for more money to transport my vehicle than initially agreed on. Do not use the brokers. My mistake was to pay a deposit, as of today this deposit has not been returned.

They go over and above and are very pleasant 10/10
