Excellent Experience at BMW Customz!
I had an outstanding experience at BMW Customz! I was recommended to them through a BMW forum for the great services they offer, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation.
From the moment I arrived, Nadim gave me a warm and friendly welcome. I had Apple CarPlay and an audio unlock installed, and the whole process was smooth and professional. After the installation, Nadim took the time to walk me through everything, showing me how to navigate the system and make the most of the new features.
I’m really pleased with the service, both in terms of quality and customer care. Nadim was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I was fully comfortable with the setup before I left.

I have in the past given this company good reviews. This time, no. Recently l was inflating one of my tyres and over inflated. Then l let too much air out resulting in a message from stratstone BMW saying it should resolve itself after 3 trips. It still says l have a problem. I told Stratstone my problem and was informed they would ring me back. Still waiting after about a week. Rang them again, remember this is for a problem they say should resolve it self after about 3 trips. They said they would get back to me, you can guess what happened.NOTHING!!! I am persistent so rang them again and asked if l wanted to book it in for service? Stratstone BMW Leeds will never ever have my custom again.

Very good service at high standards,amazing,very professional,responsive and especially excellent communication to explain my situation. EntryNav2. CarPlay FSC Pack Activation Including 6CP Wifi Preparation installed in just few minutes. I found out more other important things. I’ll be back here soon and every time when I have to. I’m very happy that finally I can say that I found a specialist. Other companies advise me to replace all head unit when my car has already the last NBT EVO built in WIFI. They will tell you that they checked what you need wit reg and VIN number. To spend a lot of money for this one. I don’t lie.
If I could have added some pictures or a video with the new CarPlay installed, I would done it. I added a link first time,but I’m not allowed to do it,too. Don’t trust anyone.

I enquired with BMW Customz in regards to a MMI box fitting for my 2013 116i. Their Instagram page was quick to respond, answering all questions clearly and honestly, which impressed me. The booking process was simple, and I was able to get my vehicle retrofitted the next day.

The process was quick, without fault and very professional. The end result was my vehicle having facilities for CarPlay and Android Auto which is a great way to breathe life into my tired iDrive system.

Overall, I highly recommend BMW Customz for all your BMW retrofit needs, whether it's to make your vehicle special or make it more versatile, it's truly worth the time.

Had been looking for a firm to upgrade my BMW G31 to display the Speed Limit Info box on the instrument display.
Approached several vendors who all quoted fiqures in excess of £999 to carry out the upgrade, then after another session on a search engine I found the BMW Customz site who were offering the SLI upgrade at a more realistic price.
Emailed Nadim (top bloke!) who clarified some of my queries and booked a session to carry out the work.
Was v. impressed that the upgrade was all done in less than 30 mins... and SLI now displays perfectly!

Would highly recommend BMW Customz to anybody else looking for the same...

Had a drivetrain error which was caused by a weak auxiliary battery on my 330e. I got in touch with BMW Customz and he explained what needed to be done. He provided me with a quote and also managed to fit me in very quickly. The service from start to end was transparent and professional. The issue on my car was resolved. I highly recommend BMW Customz to anyone. Happy customer!

Excellent service. After going to another diagnostic/coder and being told one thing which didn't fix the issue. I was recommended this company and i must say, the knowledge and service provided was exceptional. Knew what he was doing, kept me informed with the next steps and fixed my Idrive issue I had. After going weeks without my infotainment system, feels good to have it back. Did not over charge as others would and fixed my issue.
Highly recommend them.
