Haven't replied anymore for warranties. I have around 30 pending warranties from Boundless as i am a retailer. I would not recolmend anyone to buy these prodicts anymore.

Coils were reasonably priced, shipping also reasonable and timely. Product was installed and works well.

Quick fix
Had a faded oled screen on my cfx contacted boundless support. Submitted requested info and they sent me a new unit. Super fast. Really impressive service and a really great vape

Outstanding Customer Service
Had an issue with my device and contacted the company and less than 12 hours later they contacted me and began the process of fulfilling my warranty. World-class service. No BS, no runaround, just incredible service. True pros with quality products and service to match. A+++. Highly recommended.

I had a problem but...great customer service
When buying the vaporizer i added to the cart a promo vape+adapter, an hour later when i confirm the cart the adapter was not included.
I did a complaint and they explain me that the promo was already finished.
Nevertheless, the service and attention was great and fast. They gave me the option to buy the adapter and refunded the shipping.
Not the best but was a good setvice for me.

Great products always impresses. New quartz terp pen coils are a must have. Also very speedy delivery..3 days is the longest I've had to wait definitely recommend checking them out

Always Reliable
I’ve only had a few things shipped so far but I’ve had zero issues. Shipping’s always been super-prompt, hassle-free, and the products have been great quality.
I will say, the first Terp Pen XL I ordered was a wee bit finicky from the start, but I assumed it just needed more time to warm up. Bought a second recently and I’ve not had that issue. I use both fairly regularly.
