Really wish I read these reviews before purchasing a boat from them! I stated in the customer notes "DO NOT LEAVE ON MY DOORSTEP" and ofcourse, the DHL delivery driver has done exactly that! I have made contact with boatman and they are completely reluctant to help with my situation. A £950.00 boat is missing, they have their money and I havr no boat and they could not care less! Not even prepared to make contact with the delivery company they instructed. I have tried contacting them directly and have had no answer at all. Spent 3hours on hold across 4 calls throughout the day.
The team have just said I need to call the police who lets face it! Will do absolutely nothing becasue they have better things to do than deal with petty crime. Absolute disgrace and I will be taking this to the highest place possible to either retrieve my boat or get my money back!

Had a couple of boats and other products from them. Everything has been great. When I did have a problem it was sorted out very quickly and under warranty. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Awful boat, awful service. My Boatman Vulcan developed intermittent hopper problems after only 4 months, after a year the hoppers completely ceased to function, the charge indicator on the boat failed, and the propellers began to activate randomly without me touching the controller. Boatmanuk were quite unpleasant and refused to do anything for me which would not cost me more money - which I am not willing to spend - so a £435 boat is useless.

Boat was good until battery stopped working and died in the middle of the lake when on full charge customer service is awful tried contacting them as it was still in warranty but they tried claiming it was a fraudulent claim saying I no longer owned the boat like I’m not sure how you would gather that information?

Initially contacted on a weekend, not expecting a response but got one. Sent my bait boat in as parts were not listed on there website. They did have stock of the part and the fixed boat and got it back to me in less than a week. Performed a 60 sat gps update for better accuracy at the same time.

Brought the boatman Vulcan disappointed in the boat, the hoppers fill up with water as to low this not shown in any videos on Youtube after a lot of research can cope with that but!
The boat sometimes has a mind of it's own just goes completely different way to it's programmed spot, the sonar well what can I say it don't work unless I get to water depth around 6ft on wards and still the screen sometimes goes weird cant work anything out. Emailed Boatman got told to try in deeper water tried on a 6ft deep lake when first got boat sonar was reading fine the same lake again reading up to 60ft deep and was told to try deeper water still not great, the controller feels like it sticks a little so boat just turns on more than it should do. Wasted money on Chinese boat sold by Uk company so disappointed.

Brilliant service as always! I’ve been a returning customer for years now and will never buy a bait boat from another company. They are always helpful and are quick to rectify any issues. I had an issue with my recent boat, whilst under warranty. I sent it in for repair and it was turned around with 3 days and sent back to me in perfect working order. I always recommend this company to friends and highly encourage anyone thinking about buying from these folks to go ahead and place that order. You will not be disappointed

The worst customer service ever, were not interested in resolving issues with a brand new purchase. Made a number of excuses before providing phoney video evidence with incorrect date and time stamping. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would strongly advise against making a purchase from them. As you can see unfortunately I am not the only one to have received such abysmal customer service.

Really poor customer service. Won’t fully refund a faulty boat, won’t pay for return postage even those consumer rights law 2015 states they should. They get round it by saying it’s mentioned in their terms and conditions when you buy a boat.
The boat was used once and from the off it wasn’t right two major faults. Avoid this company and look else where!

Brought Vulcan Pro and wish I didn't, water comes in through the hoppers so will not be able to use pva bags or liquids on bait. The remote is quite heavy with sonar on and sonar is very basic. Watch all videos and they say nothing about water coming through the hoppers and will not take boat back after one try to see if all working in water with no bait in for around ten minutes.

I ordered spare parts for my bait boat. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived. Although when it was delivered the bag had spilt and a part was missing. I called and spoke Ann. I was asked to send a few pictures. Sent them by what’s app which was great. Ann dealt with the issue amazingly. Ann then sent out the missing part and I received it the next day. Excellent services. I will Definitely be using Boatman Uk in the future. Thank you for a great service. Alexis

Poor service emailed and phoned, never get a reply regarding batterys, i chose this company for the service, its quite piss poor.

Used my new Vulcan 15 times. At 60 yards. Only fish 4 months a year. The left battery dies while the right battery is full. So just zig zags. Unusable unless I spend £120 on new battery's.
Battery out of warranty. So it will go in the skip. I'm not paying for new batteries every year. My sons ridge monkey has been going 3 years no trouble. New batteries.
And that's the answer from boatman. All I can say is. No way would I but one. Knowing what I know now.

The most rude people I have come across in a long time. I would recommend you to avoid this company after my own experience and reading others reviews of them.

Would just like to say how good Boatman UK have been with replacing a battery for me that died.
Even after Royal Mail lost the faulty one I was sending back, they still sent me a replacement. Fantastic service

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they are so rude, there products are awful wish I had seen the review before buying there bait boat

What an absolutely awful company this is. I bought a bait boat for my son 10 months ago, and now the remote has stopped working. The only way I can get you to work is to keep plugging a power back into it. Tried contacting this company who have refused to help me and just told me that the remote can't be charged by a power pack, which I find absolutely bizarre, as when you're fishing out on the bank, you're not exactly going to have something you can plug into the wall. Avoid these bait boats at all cost as you'll end up out of pocket and with awful customer service
