I had a mishap with my Fiancé's product while cleaning it for him... Concerned the upcoming marriage wouldn't be upcoming anymore I contacted Ridgemonkey via email and Ridgemonkey David (an awesome humanbeing!) has come to the rescue! And now I think I have secured the "Best (very soon to be) Wife" title!

Man bekommt weder Infos - noch sonst etwas - nichtmal eine Eingangsbestätigung. Auf Nachfragen In England direkt wird an den Dienstleister Navigator Boats verwiesen - kontaktiert man den Dienstleister in den Niederlanden möchte der keine Auskunft geben und verweist wieder nach England. Für Produkte dieser Preisklasse die reinste Katastrophe. Ich bleibe gespannt….eine erneute E-Mail an den Support wurde wie gefordert versendet. Ich bleibe gespannt ob mir nun nach der 6. Email geholfen wird. Update folgt

I’ve been a keen user of my Connect Sandwich Toaster Granite Edition for a couple of years. Never cooked a sandwich in it, but heated pies, cooked a full breakfast, steaks etc. all on our camper van’s hot plate stove & has been EXCELLENT!
And then, somehow managed to lose the handles! Both of them!
One email to Rudgemonkey & David sent replacements out which arrived within a couple of days! Great product & even GREATER SERVICE!

I brought ridge money 750 bait boat two year ago used first time in France and it keep stopping when take bait out lost connection. Took it back to place of purchase to fix when i got it back batteries needed replacing didn’t hold charge. Out in France now water got in side boat body and cut out every 30 seconds worse purchase ever

I contacted RidgeMonkey to ask how I could get both handles on my Connect Compact Sandwich Toaster either repaired or replaced as they had become so stiff that they were very difficult to attach and then release from the pan. David, Customer Services Advisor replied immediately and sorted delivery of both handles which arrived packaged perfectly yesterday. Extremely prompt and efficient customer service and a great product. Thank you.

I bought a camping stove that seemed to light sometimes and not others. Retailer refused to change it so contacted Ridgemonkey customer service. Quick response from them, asked for proof of purchase and short video that I sent. I received an email after a day or two saying they were sending me another one by courier. Well done them

After an email and a phone call I finally heard from Ridgemonkey customer service and they were brilliant, within three days (as promised) I received the part I needed.
Can’t fault them and this is why I spend a lot of my wages on their products…. Because they care.

Recently had a problem with the handle on a sandwich maker. Contacted ridgemonkey via email and their response was very quick. A replacement was sent out the next day. Absolutely Fantastic customer service. Thank you

We bought a RidgeMonkey Deep pan and Griddle XL after a friend highly recommended their products. We loved it until unfortunately the buttons on both handles broke. We saw RidgeMonkey at a motorhome show and they encouraged me to contact customer services, but we’ve been told repeatedly this year the handles are out of stock so unfortunately our pan is out of use as my husband scalded himself using it without working handles!

One of the handles on my Sandwich toaster broke after first use, seems to be a bit of a problem with them. However, this was replaced very quickly after sending an email

I bought a RidgeMonkey pan last year and was very pleased with it. Absolutely did the job. (We have a Vdub and needed a compact pan). Unfortunately one of the handles broke this year and it no longer worked. So I contacted RidgeMonkey to enquire about sourcing some new handles and they organised sending me some free replacements. Very happy with the service.

I didn't want to write a review and replied to Ridgemonkey telling them it would be best if I didn't, however they have repeatedly asked me to review there support, so here goes.
A couple of years ago I was desperately seeking a Ridgemonkey XF2 Standard with porch extension, however nobody had them in stock anywhere and Ridgemonkey had stopped producing them. I opted for this Bivvy system as it would help to enable my partner that has a serious debilitating back condition, to be able to go fishing again. Since having her condition she hasn't been able to carry on with the hobby that she loves as nearly all other bivvys are extremely cramped, making it impossible for her to stand up properly and actually made her problem worse.
I made contact with Ridgemonkey some 2+ years ago directly, to discuss this and pointed me in the direction of a distributor that they were sure had some stock left and stated that if I don't have any luck with them, to get back in touch and they would see if there was anything else they could do. So I made contact again after calling the recommended distributor as they didn't have any left.
I was told that they would be launching a new version soon and that they would make contact with me once they had further information as to when etc and suggested that they would be able to help with a significant discount.
2 weeks ago, I learned that the new version had already launched and nobody had made contact with me.
With this, I contacted Ridgemonkey via email, to be told they can't help and have no record of my original contact and basically drew a line under the situation telling me to buy from a distributor.
Ordinarily I would recommend Ridgemonkey to everyone as I have a large range of their products, however I feel that this experience has swayed me to tell people to avoid!
A real shame as both myself and my partner really like the Ridgemonkey range of products.

Purchased a pair of all weather boots and paid £100 for them. Did my research before purchasing them. Wore them for 18 months, mainly spring to autumn, looked after them well but the material started to come away from the sole on the toe. Contacted Ridgemonkey and basically they told me that this is how long they were supposed to last, found them rude, unhelpful and very undismissive and failed to reply to my 2nd email. Will never buy ridgemonkey products again!!!!!!
