Fantastic Technical and Customer support.

We received a response to the ticket within 5 minutes of sending the email and had a resolution within 2 hours of placing the ticket.

Clear notes and descriptions of work done as well as errors identified along the way were very helpful.

Problem with my Vultr droplet

I hired BobCares to fix a problem with my Vultr droplet.
After a Vultr outage my website did not load anymore and Vultr did not take responsibility for that problem, then I bought 2 hours from Bobcares and they fixed that and now my files load fine. Thank you BobCares. I backuped everything and I am moved my files to Digital Ocean instead.

I have spent nearly 300$ just to buy bad service

I have spent nearly 300$ just to buy bad service, can't handle the problem, and also not be compensated for not completing the task, Poor quality service, you can only support a few small problems, The rest is just a waste of time
I appreciate the staff who work with me well. Everything else is bad

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service we provided to help get your cluster nodes back online.

While analyzing both the priority chat & ticket, I can see that the technician applied the possible solutions to the problem that was presented but those were not fruitful initially. Since the file system was corrupted, we were not able to edit the configuration to apply the alternate solutions. Finally, we provided you with several recommendations that could work based on the scenario that was in front of us. As we worked our way through the possible solutions, we were told that we could not proceed with the one we needed to.

We would really like to help you in this situation. Our infrastructure expert has sent you a mail with the recommendations. Please reply back to the email with your confirmation, and we will be happy to do it at no extra cost and hopefully we can turn this situation around for you.

Fantastic support and service!

Fantastic support, responses and updates throughout. Really helpful, using simple language (as I'm a non-export) and I especially liked that they replied to every response saying they were on the case and would get back to me soon. It's hard to find great IT support but I had a great experience.

Awesome Performance!

I had server performance issue that was affecting the loading of my websites. For over 30 days, my host tried to fix it but couldn't. Eventually they asked me to get external support and I found BobCares via Google search.

Explained the problem to them and over a weekend, they helped me identify the issue and then optimized the server where the load issues disappeared and websites started loading fast.

Highly recommend them for any server related issues.

A great pleasure dealing with skilled professionals

It's such a relief having access to such skilled professionals who are available at a moment's notice. BobCares saved my business from going under as a server move went disastrously wrong and I needed urgent help to get the new server secured and production ready.

BobCares came through amazingly well, fixing 2 sites that wouldn't work and giving my server a clean bill of health ready to do some serious Cpanel web hosting. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable and you will get results, for sure.

I highly recommend them.
