Good product, but after sales support is non existent. Sent four emails over the past three months asking where i can buy replacement velcro pads for back of head. They just ignore my requests. Id suggest buying from another supplier. If you have more serious issues, I'm not confident that they will help.

Hatte ein nicht gerade günstiges Teil meiner Controller verloren, bobovr hat sie nach kurzer Schriftlage kulanzmäßig ersetzt.

Ich habe mir die S3 Super Strap für die Meta Quest 3 gekauft. Da ich die Brille wegen meiner Brille nicht nutzen konnte und mir die Linsen zu teuer waren, habe ich die Brille zurück gesendet. Mit der Strap von BoboVR geht das leider nur, wenn sie ungenutzt und in Originalverpackung ist. Ausserdem können keine Akkus zurück gesendet werden!? Wenn ihr keine Rücksendungen haben wollt, schreibt es in eurer Werbung. So nicht. Setzten, 6!

The headset strap is high quality.
Regarding my order I had to contact the service and got a fast and very generous solution!

Charger arrived and didnt seem work, so per the 30 day return policy asked for a return which was denied right away with no explination, subsequent emails from Bobovr customer service they gave me a full refund and unexpectedly the device started working as it should and although its a little awkward to lay the set on I am pleased with it.
The headset strap is awsome and the built in fan is way better and more efficient than I imagined

I ordered S3 Pro Strap, it arrived pretty quickly(less than two weeks). I also made a mistake in the delivery address, wrote an email, the address was changed. The order arrived where I expected.

| AVIS COURT ET RAPIDE |

C'est une marque très fiable, avec quelques défauts mais de qualité supérieurs.

Leurs sangles sont excellentes en confort et en ajustement, en revanche, si vous souhaitez le maximum de batterie, optez pour la sangle S3 Pro et non la M3 Pro.

Si vous souhaitez le meilleurs Dock du marché le D3 est excellent, surtout couplé avec les protection manette G3 Plus.

Le support est excellent et compréhensif en cas de problème avec un produit.

| AVIS LONG ET DÉTAILLÉ |

Les produits BOBOVR dégagent une qualité au premier abord que aucune autre marque concurrente n’a su égaler jusqu’à présent, mais malheureusement, ils ne méritent pas les 5 étoiles...

Tout simplement car, malgré un packaging superbe et une qualité de fabrication satisfaisante, j'ai trouvé un défaut à chacun de leurs produits.

Etant possesseur de la sangle M3 Pro, celle-ci est formidable et confortable, elle se règle parfaitement pour s’ajuster à tous les types de tête.

Cependant, la batterie a été conçue pour le Quest 2, ce qui donne l’impression que BoboVR n’a pas suffisamment travaillé sur cette sangle et l’a sortie beaucoup trop rapidement, au lieu de se concentrer uniquement sur la S3 Pro.

Ensuite, je possède également le dock D3 qui a été parfait pendant 4 mois avant de commencer à ne plus vouloir charger le casque, à moins que celui-ci ne soit légèrement soulevé, j'ai donc contacté le support, qui a été très réactif !

Couplés au dock, les G3 Plus sont un super produit pour la sécurité et le maintien des manettes.

Cependant, à noter que dans les jeux sportifs (Thrill of the Fight, Walkabout Mini Golf, Beat Saber), j'ai remarqué un tracking légèrement moins précis avec les protections, c'est à mon avis, quelque chose de difficile à éviter, mais au moins vous êtes au courant.

Pour conclure, c'est une marque qui malgré ses quelques défauts, a une place importante sur le marché des accessoires VR, et pour en avoir testé plusieurs elle occupe une place dans mon cœur, d'autant plus que leur support est très réactif et répondra le jour même ou le lendemain en cas de problème :)

I purchased a S3 pro battery strap and a 3 way charger for the B100 directly from the bobo website. They arrived a day before the estimate. I put the B100 on charge it charged at 29/30w according to the dock, at about 80% the rate went to 19/20w as expected then slowly trailed off.

The strap is comfortable and easy to fit. The grips for the arms were tight but I think thats a good thing. The fan is a good idea for preventing the lenses from fogging up at a low setting.

Ordered my items on the 4 of June and I'm still waiting for them as of 02 of august 2024.

Really bad experience with breaking plastic on both black sided straps after 3 years of use (waranty finished).
In my opinion the plastic is not last at all, not good quality enough.
I contacted Bobovr customer service who asked me for details and I provided invoice, pictures..
Since, No reply from the customer service after several days and e-mails 🤬

Youtube reviews for the Bobovr M3 pro for the Quest 3 were excellent. So I went online and the price was £120 upwards in the UK, Trust pilot gave not great reviews on the resellers, so in frustration I went onto the Bobovr website and was amazed it was £45 for the headstrap with battery and £1 for shipping. It arrived in two weeks over Xmas, tracking provided all the way and the headset is AMAZING! It was easy to fit, just go onto Youtube for their tutorial. The comfort and battery life is what I bought this for and they both deliver. I can highly recommend going straight to Bobovr for your headstrap and battery. Great product and great service.

Really goid price, arrived in 2 weeks. Got spooked as some iffy posts on Reddit, but it all came in time for xmas. The website looks very plain, could need some work but is legit. Wouldnt have orderedif id seen the reddit post before, but it turned out to be fine. £46 for quest 3 headset instead of £60-somrthing elsewhere. I would order from them again.
