Really good onboarding experience. Only tiny teething problems with set up which is always to be expected with this sort of thing, and all were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service from the team, when dealing with queries regarding phishing simulation and cyber training courses. We chose to use our own LMS, and the team happily provided the SCORM files.

BobsBusiness has been great for our organisation with good and engaging training content on a variety of subjects, automated phishing simulations and strong reporting features. The platform is constantly being developed based on customer feedback and their feature roadmap is regularly communicated to us.

Through the reporting, we can see that our users who are regularly completing their scheduled course assignments perform better in phishing simulations and anecdotally, general awareness.

Thanks to the whole team particularly Owen and Olivia who regularly check in to see how we are performing, and rapidly respond to our support requests.

I would give 5 stars, but we were waiting for a course to be created for a long time and it never happened.

Overall customer service was amazing, our account manager Adam is was brilliant, communication was brilliant and we always felt looked after. I can highly recommend this company for small-medium sized businesses. We moved on for a larger LMS provider but wish we could have stayed.

Adam made course suggestions based on our learning objectives ensuring that all are staff are compliant. The courses are easy to follow and informative, with regular updates and helpful reports.

Bobs Business. Quality through and through. Great training courses, interactive, fun (yes fun) and they get the message across. Extremely useful platform with bitesize e-learning that helps keep us compliant and supports company accreditations through evidence of training. The training is informative and has helped us reduce clicks on links by making colleagues more aware of the phishing etc. out there. This is turn has supported compliance and resilience against one of the biggest risks to business. Personally I have found the team a pleasure to deal with and they have also supported with other compliance related training development onto the e-learning platform which is not cyber related. This has been invaluable in getting important training out to circa 300 colleagues which they can complete at their own pace, and is branded professionally as our own internal course.

I found Bob's Business by far the simplest to navigate and the most cost effective e-learning package around. Good training platform. However not the best name. "Bob's Business" popping up on emails looks like junk phishing email for people who might not be as tech savvy. Training gets missed because people think who is Bob and what's his business. Nothing makes you think 'online training'

We have only been using Bobs Business for over a month, but so far so good.

The bitesize courses have been excellent at keeping staff engaged and informed throughout, and the content feels fresh in comparison to what we have used before for our elearning approach.

I also must give a big shout out to Dale who guided us in the right direction when it came to choosing what package was right for us, as well as his super responsiveness to any queries, also no pushy sales tactics that we saw elsewhere and the package is (so far) exactly what we were looking for.

We've been using Bob's Business for our cyber security training needs, as they provided bite size training modules/videos which were perfect. Our staff found the videos easy to engage with and follow, the portal was easy to navigate around and we were able to add staff and/or training as our needs changed, without any issues.
Bob's staff are very friendly and helpful, and were always on hand to answer any questions we might have.

Bob’s team is wonderful! Having used Knowbe 4 for a number of years we were ready to freshen things up with our internal training. From the initial call we had with the Sales team I knew this was the right product for us, the product speaks for itself, our staff love it and it ticks all of our boxes when it comes to our Cyber Insurance.

I cannot fault Dale and his team so far and they have been prompt to deal with my initial queries, as well as providing us with some very handy resources to send out with the modules.
