Bob's Business are a joy to work with. The training is high quality, up to date and easy to follow even for non-technical staff. Above all, the team at BB are all fantastic, friendly people who go out of their way to help. A big thank you to you all.

We are enjoying our experience with Bobs, we are at the end of our first 12 month period and feel the courses have helped the company in all aspects related to cyber security and GDPR. The courses are short and easy to digest and the managed 'culture' package has enabled Skiddle to have a tailor made learning path based on results. Recommended.

We have not been a customer for a long time, but the team have always been super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We have been using Bob's Business since Dec 2021, following a review of various training platforms. We picked Bob's Business for the significant amount and variety of training courses available to access within the subscription agreement and how competitive the pricing is.

I much prefer completing more frequent bitesize courses which don't last as long, compared to a lengthy course once a year; I feel that the content stays fresh in your memory this way and I'm glad to see Bob's Business have adopted this approach.

There is also the ability to enrol users and to add courses to a Catalogue for self-enrolment, with the additional functionality of being able to create your own courses too.

The staff are very friendly and always happy to help, so I'm very pleased with the service so far.

I am a freelance IT consultant helping a number of clients with IT security and compliance challenges.

I've seen a few approaches to Information Security training in my time. Its a pretty dry topic and often hard to make it engaging. Bob's Business is the best I've seen.

I won't lie - its not like anyone's going to be watching this stuff with a beer and Pizza on a Friday night, but as far as information security training goes this is the best I've seen.

The underlying platform makes it easy for me to see who is and isn't up to date and the reports give me all the raw data I need to generate pretty pictures for senior management.

What has impressed me most is the support that my clients get, not just during onboarding but throughout the relationship. It's like they honestly do care about the effectiveness of the product for their customers.

I've seen Bob's Business deployed in three of my clients now and they're all really pleased with it.

Having come from a large corporation I know how mundane staff training CAN be. The way Bobs Business approach things is different and refreshing. It makes learning fun and almost gamified which helps a lot. I find myself wanting to do more modules as opposed to wanting to stop if it were the death by powerpoint approach. Affordable and scalable. Highly recommended for any size of business.

As part of procuring a new training tool, I looked at various different providers. Bob's Business had by far the best training content for information security & GDPR out of them all. It is clear, concise and the format makes it engaging but not too cheesy. The platform also allows me to add or create any other internal training, and turn it into our full LMS - not just for information security.

The platform is easy to use, and offers a number of reporting metrics. The ability to make learning pathways makes my job easier so that training is automated, and all I have to do is keep an eye on things.

BB offers an excellent range and mix of bitesize courses covering cybersecurity, GDPR, compliance etc. These are supplemented by a host of accompanying resources packs for each module. At the cost of only £30.00 per user per year, it offers a very affordable and cost-effective option to implement business cybersecurity training. The content itself is (although relatively short) engaging and serves as a good starting point for various issues.

What a great product!!! taking awareness to a new level with good behavioral change. We are starting to see a positive cultural change here for our security program.

So easy to get started and set-up. Really helpful staff. Thorough process to ensure they provide exactly what is best and required in the training for your staff. The courses are very clear, do not take too long and are engaging. Overall I would say great all around - simple and effective. Very pleased we decided to try Bob's Business and I would definitely recommend them.

Bob's Business supply a great package of online IT security training and phishing simulations. The initial and ongoing support is excellent and the package includes a great reporting toolset. Courses are relevant, fun and well received within my organisation. All of this delivered at a great price.

The Bob's Business portal is very user-friendly to administer, and good training is provided, and refreshes on request. BB is always very responsive to any problems or queries, should they arise.

We like the modules which, although "bite sized" are extremely informative, but simple to understand. Our staff talk fondly of "Bob".

Following an intensive review of similar suppliers (and recommendation), we opted to go with Bob’s Business for our e-learning training provision and we have been more than satisfied with the experience. The team (shout out to Owen and Dale) have been excellent. No question or issue goes unresolved, and the regular calls ensure everything was on track. They have gone above and beyond expectations both in terms of deploying content and customer service/support, from the initial inception of our plans to the execution (and subsequent tracking) of our all staff cyber security and data protection (UK GDPR) training campaign, the support we've received from the team has been second to none. Further, even when challenging feedback has been shared, or changes requested, they have been super receptive to it, dealt with things in a timely manner, and always kept me updated. The platform and catalogue of courses (cyber security and data protection themed) are as intended to be - fun and concise while still giving comprehensive accurate learning content that we have been able to amend to our needs/policies. BB have also been a source of L&D innovation for us - the campaign was set up with a feature we have never tried before (gamification) to encourage competition and completion among staff. In addition, a pre-assessment (questionnaire) was carried out prior to delivery to provide insight from staff on our needs and highlight our key risks so we could have confidence that the training modules would cover these, which was a really valuable activity alone. I think in summing up, the latest GDPR and CSA training campaign completion numbers using Bob's Business speak for themselves - a completion rate of over 99%!!

Bob's business are a good tool that helps us deliver our training for cyber security across all our company. What is great is that the systems is easy to navigate, customised to our branding and the support is fantastic. Even better is the constant improvement that bob's business has in moving their product forward

We've now been working with the team over at Bob's for the last 5 months, from the inception of our plans to the execution of our pilot and roll-out company-wide, the support we've received from the team has been excellent.
