Please be aware of major construction work in Bob W Sentralen Oslo.

Unfortunately there is major construction work taking place directly next to the hotel in Oslo. This is not advised in their website before or after booking. This work begins at 7.30am in the morning and is actually shakes the walls making it completely impossible to sleep. While we recognise that this is not the fault of the hotel, we feel that they should have informed guests of this major work before accepting payment. We would not ever book again.

Room was clean. Check in was easy.

I didn't end up staying at Bob W, but the times I contacted customer service (be it via their WhatsApp or their website chat), I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and how accommodating they were first to me changing the duration of the stay and then finally cancelling the reservation a week before planned check in. I will definately give them a go next time I need a place to stay when travelling.

The most lovely East London stay. I love the personal touches like the handwritten note and the curated tray for guests upon arrival. I love all of the accommodation options like the yoga mats, gym, laundry room & having extra things like ear plugs for people to use if needed. All so wonderful and would love to rebook again sometime

A very untrustworthy company to work with. Severe security risks towards staff and customers & discriminative managers towards employees. Unsteady working hours that surpass the legal amount and also fail to reimburse staff of any costs that have had to be paid out of your own pocket. The company is making minus so I’m not surprised and they sell the narrative of being environmentally friendly and super clean but far from the truth. If this is the future of hospitality then we are all doomed.

Stained blankets (looked like kid urine) and used dirty bed sheets. And if you complain just after opening the door and don’t want to stay anymore - you still get charged in FULL. So why take chances? I posted pictures on Google reviews.
Lack of directions. The building has multiple entrances and I had a long trip. I little help in a few words in the rsvp email wouldn’t hurt nobody. At the end of the day it was my very first time there.
The next thing is: no signs or notification of an elevator… After a veeeeeery long flight, my suitcase seemed a few pounds heavier and I carried it four flights up, just to find there was one! But you won’t know about it, until you go up - no sign or note about it
Next is the wardrobe/close, there is just no room, because there are extra pillows and towel, that take all the space. I think that should be separate. Nowhere to put your wet coat or it would touch the pillows. You don’t want that.
