Terrible customer service. Inflexible and insensitive to my emergency circumstances - they refused to adjust dates given my pet needed urgent medical care. Their fake ethos of kindness, living well, and flexibility is false. They are cruel, corporate, and borderline thieves!

It’s the EasyJet of hotels. The public spaces are stunning and the two ladies who work at the front desk are great. However, the hotel has lowered its service standards to a level resembling a low-cost airline, whilst charging for similar rates to hotels in the city that have an affordable luxury vibe and deliver on service. Rooms: similar to a refurbished hospital, with very small beds that can make an average height person sleep with their feet out of the bed (!) pillows are rock hard. Breakfast with very limited options, only filter coffee and boiled eggs with some yougurt and a fruit salad. It works like a boarding school where you inform of your room number and you’re handed a bowl and a plate. It’s a bit strange and off-putting. At check-in we were told we had to ask for cleaning. Not usual any longer. When I asked for new towels they said it’s a 50 GBP charge (!) I don’t believe that’s for sustainability (!). The hotel has lowered its OpEx to an extent that a Holiday Inn at the airport would deliver a superior hospitality. Not suited for an over Christmas stay

Westbourne Grove branch isn’t in Westbourne Grove it’s in W9 off the Harrow Road and a long way from Notting Hill.
Not sure how they get way with it, false advertising. It overlooks a motorway. Bad vibes.

If you need help don’t book this hotel as the Management and booking . Com will steal your money if you cancel.

My wife passed away in February of this year for my Christmas present she booked us four nights at the hotel for July £700
As I could not face staying on my own I cancelled the stay.
I still have not received my payment back
Booking.com say they can’t pay me they can only pay my wife back. I have spent hours on the telephone to them. I have also written to their head office. No reply back.
Their telephone staff abroad have no compassion and lie.
They then send texts to my dead wife asking how her experience was in the phone.
It is so saddening for me.

I’ve called the hotel on several occasions and they also do not care and offer no help.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the hotel and Booking. Com

A lovely warm welcome from Grace on Friday, beautiful room at the front of the house, very comfortable, breakfast was lovely.

The perfect chocolate box stay. All the convenience and self contained privacy of an air bnb, with the service of a friendly, relaxed hotel. The setting is of course gorgeous, but the standard is maintained throughout the entire building. These are by no means spacious studios, but every inch of said space has been perfectly utilised and designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease as though it were a home from home. From the personal house manager welcome (in the fragrant and temperate controlled foyer - I thought I’d walked into a spa. Or a soho house…), to the handwritten welcome note, luxury chocolate and soft furnishings; Mason and Fifth have nailed this business model. Shared spaces allow you to feel connected to the building as a whole, and less confined to just a place to rest your head. I thought I’d be wanting to stay out every night but in all honesty I actually ordered in one evening because the space is that comfortable and relaxed. Access to a WhatsApp line means easy communication with staff and every interaction with them was relaxed, friendly but always helpful. I’ve omitted one star only because they really do need to sort out temperature control and the streaming. Quite hit and miss, not for lack of tech understanding but more a slightly confused/laggy TV set up. Would highly recommend, great for young creatives/digital entrepreneurs as there’s space to work and socialise. Gorgeous garden space and the cleaning service with change of filtered water was top notch. Highly recommended, thanks Mason&Fifth!

We lived in Primrose Hill for 5 years back in the 90's, so to return and find such a lovely place for our nostalgic visit was just the ticket. Rooms are nice, location is amazing. The public areas (lounge and garden) were very nice. Breakfast, simple, with bread/jams/ juice/yoghurt with fixings, was amazing (I don't eat a big b'fast). Highly recommend. Note, there is no "front desk" but not an issue.

I made a lovely home here during such difficult and strange times. It’s a warm and loving community and I will definitely come back here!

Mason and Fifth was the Perfect solution to land in London and to rent a ''temporary'' place to start living the city with any worries about long contracts, bills, etc etc. For us that we didn't know the area was a good opportunity to discover it with any worries of making wrong decisions, and in the end we fell in love and decided to stay. The co-living is not something for everyone but is definitely worth to try and my personal experience was a very positive one. The place is well supported and full of comfort, especially the big co-living room. The staff is kind and very serious about what they are doing, and I would say they are doing it right. Thanks again and all the best for the future.

Superb, the staff is super nice and flexible, studios are comfy & well designed, and the community is friendly & diverse. The mezzanine studio was a better fit for us, since we are a couple. The coliving area is outstanding, with cool furniture, many appliances & utilities available for residents. Bermondsey is a cool & vibrant neighborhood, close enough to parks and easy access. Definitely will be back.

I recently went on a Cold Water Swimming day out with Mason & Fifth as part of their wellness programming. They took us to a beautiful spot outside the city, provided SUP boards, food, drink and good vibes.

Went on an 'out of home' event with Mason and Fifth. Beautiful day out and a well organised event. Can't wait for the next one!

When I was looking for accommodation to stay in back in April as I was working full time on ICU in the NHS, Mason and Fifth supported me tremendously throughout this period. I stayed in one of studio flats, which had everything I needed and was very modern and decorated tastefully. The location of the building is perfect as it’s just a short walk away from Tower Bridge and London Bridge. If I needed anything, the communication with M&F was very easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed here for the past 3 months and they have been amazing. The rooms are large and spacious. They are cleaned weekly with a change of bedding, which really helped. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

I participated in the Mason & Fifth residency partnered with AucArt and I honestly could not vouch for how amazing this company is! Not only did I have a great time during my stay with them but they have good, strong morals and you can see they actually care about you because they treated me alongside the other artists so well! The whole team are lovely to work with and helped me with anything I needed and were always there for support with efficient resolutions to any problems I had. I highly recommend Mason & Fifth! Amazing people and they really do care about your wellbeing. Thank you for all that you have done!

Had the space and freedom to express myself as an artist.

What a dream it is to live here! There is a beautiful communal living space with huge TV, surround sound, comfortable sofas & stylish interiors. The bed is so comfy you won't want to get out. If you want luxury but to feel relaxed at the same time, this is the place for you!

A great stay, great decor too! Exactly what you need when coming to London. Such a good location, you're right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and so close to central London. The house itself is warm, cosy, friendly and clean!
