The hamper was great .However despite ordering well in advance with the required date of delivery, it came 2 days late. Staff were very helpful but it was a special occasion, so very disappointing.

I'm yet to receive a confirmation email from you on the actual order and I've had no communication at all the past week since ordering the gift hamper for my friend and her new born baby on Tuesday, 29/3/22. However, the transaction of $99 was very quick to be processed, on the day (Tues, 29/3). I am so disappointed by this experience. I have used your services once before and vowed never to again because I had a similar experience but thought I would give the benefit of the doubt and give you another go. After this, no way, never, ever again. In today's age, with e-commerce, communications, direct email, etc. you should be doing a lot better than this. I will not use your services again and will advise others not to as well. Poor service, poor communication, poor delivery times. Signing one very unhappy customer.

Ordered on a Wednesday and it was delivered on the Thursday, exactly what I needed. Excellent service, easy to use online ordering and the champagne was cold when delivered.

Amazing products and service, couldn’t recommend them enough

The website was easy to use, the delivery date was met and all was good on this end.

However, the price tag was expensive for a bottle of Verve and some chocolates. There's a decent overhead cost added to the products.

However, I like the 'premium' nature of the wraparound and service.

Great product, great service at a fair price. We opted for the express delivery for a birthday gift, the hamper arrived on time and the courier was friendly too. Highly recommend 😁
