Bodalgo is the best peer-to-peer service for the voice over market that currently exists. The owner Armin personally sees to the adherence of professional standards for all parties involved and answers emails promptly whenever - the very few - issues do arise (he certainly did in my case). Beyond that, the pricing is more than reasonable and quite flexible. Perhaps there are less jobs posted than other sites, not necessarily a bad thing but, even so, if professionalism and fair treatment is important to you then this should be your first choice in showcasing your talent to the P2P VO world.

Bodalgo is one of the best P2P site out there. Great gigs, great and fair rates and it is run by one the most honest and top notch guys in the industry, Armin Hierstetter!!

I've been a member of Bodalgo for years and find it to be one of the best casting sites for voice talent out there. Armin is a wonderful host, truly cares about the talent listed there (he vets every single one!), and doesn't let jobs with below-standard pay slip through. He pays attention. He's transparent. Bodalgo is top-notch - especially for anyone that wants access to the European market. (And he keeps adding free services, too! Not sure what else you could ask for!) Thanks, Armin!

In a world of corporate run P2P sites, Bodalgo is the exception. I like Bodalgo because the man behind the site (Armin) is always just an email or Facebook message away. Armin regularly vets all the jobs on the site to make sure the talent's worth is respected and that the jobs are legit. I also like that Bodalgo thurougly vets the voice talent on the site so it's attractive to buyers not wanting to wade through a bunch of poor quality auditons. If you are a professional vo and thinking of adding a P2P to your repertoire...you can't go wrong with Bodalgo.

Of all the P2P Bodalgo is truly one the BEST for 3 reasons;

1) Armin the owner of the site, makes sure his subscribers are satisfied with their experience. He offers insightful, helpful articles to help his clients get the most out of their auditions. He is also very personable and professional.

2) The site is easy to maneuver through, set up your profile, submit auditions, and locate additional information you need.

3) The cost of being on the site is reasonably priced and is transparent about any fees.

I am very satisfied with my subscription.

One of the very best voice job sites out there, ethically run with an eye out for exploitative clients and a non-exploitative rate structure (see The Voice Realm if you are a voice who enjoys insulting levels of pay). Yes, there is a lot of competition on the site, but it's worth bearing in mind that the most recent submissions go to the top of the list the client sees, so you shouldn't be discouraged if a lot of people have applied before you. I find that with a little patience (Bodalgo clients are generally pretty well organised and post with a lead time of several weeks) a good percentage of my auditions get listened to, and, again unlike some sites, there is an automatic flag that shows that has happened, as well as an optional client comment flag on what they thought of your audition. And Bodalgo don't rake off a percentage of your job fee!

I’ve been with Boldago for a handful of years. The opportunities presented are good, the rates fair. Armin, the head of Bodalgo, is one of the most transparent folks out there and is also always developing new innovations to help both clients and voice actors. I whittled down my use of pay to play immensely. Guess which one I kept a relationship with? Yup. Bodalgo.

I first met Armin via Bodalgo very early in my career as a voice talent. I immediately respected his high degree of professional integrity through Bodalgo, his generosity with his time, his heart of a teacher and willingness to entend a hand to those starting out, and how he truly does go above and beyond for his clients, the VO community, and his talent. He really is one-in-a-million, and knows the industry as he is a voice talent himself. I can't really separate the Bodalgo brand from Armin when writing this (other than just praising the infrastructure of the Bodalgo site, which is intuitive and very easy to use), because as voice talents, we ARE our Brand, and our industry is blessed to have him and Bodalgo.

I have been working as a professional voiceover artist for more than 20 years and I can say bodalgo is THE BEST casting site! The projects are always great, easy to understand, and rates are fair. Armin is always supportive and professional and bodalgo’s videos of Tips for VO artists are amazing. I highly recommend bodalgo!

Most p2p websites are no different than any other corporations where the concern is merely with how much money can be milked from all parties involved, client and talent. This is NOT the case with Bodalgo. Armin has created one of the few truly reputable VO casting sites out there. He cares deeply about the client and talent experience and works tirelessly to ensure that it is nothing short of excellent. This has been the only p2p casting site I’ve used since 2017 and that won’t be changing anytime soon. Keep up the great work, Armin! We all appreciate you!

TL;DR: One-Man-Repping-Crew Armin Hierstetter superhumanly tracks down every nuance with the tenacity of a mongoose down a snakehole! All in the name of service at Bodalgo.

Hi! I'm J.E. and until 2019 I'd had a basic Bodalgo membership. As a voiceover talent on p2p since 2007 with voice 123, the rates have risen exorbitantly and with different tiers. I'd joined Voice 123 as a basic in 2007 then as a premium member in 2008 when the membership was $295 USD and it has risen since. Early this year, I decided to upgrade to one that charges three times that but with a discount applied - with the expectation of landing much better auditions.

What kind of algorithm penalizes talent for not getting likes by clients who don't even pay for the work you do? The voice seeker has a right not to like a profile - why should talent ask clients to like their profile? It's ludicrous.

When the talent combines this practice with the decrease in the number of auditions one receives due to 'over-auditioning' - you get a business model that fails its established talent and those on the rise like myself.

Armin at Bodalgo does NOT institute or tolerate these practices.

I'm going to let my v123 membership expire with the learning experience that lowballing clients exist there too- even with your minimum rate settings applied, they just find you!

It was on June 8, 2013 that ex-Voice 123 customer manager Steven Lowell recommended Bodalgo to me, recommending Armin's site for the fair rates Armin has strived to protect for voiceover all over the globe. Armin's name is German for 'soldier' - and soldier he does for the good of us.

From what I've seen, Armin tales on everything from confusing specs to misleading clients trying to get over on us offering unfair rates (thanks for bringing that to my attention Armin!) with the fervor of a templar, but tactfully. He vets the people who register - both the talent And the voice seeker.

Based on recommendations from colleagues- after 3 years as a basic member - I finally became a premium member in July 2019, renewed and will renew again in the next year.

If voiceover to you is something 'to try'

- if minimum risk, high reward stakes appeal to you

- then I highly recommend volunteering at your local community organization-

but Bodalgo definitely is not for you; try fiverr instead.

However, if you have invested a lot in your voiceover career as a business as many of us have- if you have trained, are training, treat voiceover as a business - and voiceover is something you MUST do - well, then, Bodalgo may be for you; after the vetting process, Armin will gladly welcome you, as will we.

If there were 10 stars I would rate it 10 stars. Armin and Bodalgo stand in a league, all of their own. Integrity based market place for voice buyers can find and audition voice talents for their projects. Once a voice-buyer finds or decides on a voice talent for a project--everything else is direct voice buyer, client, to voice talent. I have been a talent on Bodalgo for 3 years and my ROI has been over the top. Real projects, real client feed-back and contact, real bookings, and real revenue and profit. This is one of the online casting sites that is worthwhile in every aspect. Thanks, Armin and Bodalgo!
