Bodhidham Yoga Retreat Ashram Nepal レビュー 

I have been practicing meditation and yoga for the past 10 years, and I wanted to learn yoga systematically in the tradition passed down by the great yogis of the Himalayas.
I joined Bodhidham's 21-day Transformative Yoga Course (200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program) and had the privilege of learning yoga according to the Himalayan tradition in the beautiful village of Ghachowk, near Pokhara.
The setting was breathtaking. Each morning, I woke to the sounds of birds with the majestic Annapurna range as a backdrop. The peaceful environment provided the perfect atmosphere for deep learning and self-reflection.
Both Swami G and Deepika are highly respected teachers and accomplished yogis. They treated me like family and offered guidance with great care, wisdom, and authenticity. Learning in a small group allowed me to receive personal attention and fully absorb the teachings.
The food, accommodation, natural surroundings, and the entire 21-day experience were truly transformative. I left with a deeper understanding of yoga, not only as a physical practice but as a way of life. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking an authentic and immersive yoga experience rooted in the Himalayan tradition.
