*Important for anyone thinking of buying a product from Bodylite - Read before buying*

I bought a Bodylite waist belt some time ago and I was blown away with the quality of the product. This was one of the best running accessories I bought and it was worth every penny.

I am writing a review because i recently broke the glass on the front of the light/belt and contacted Bodylite seeing if they could assist or know where I could get a replacement.
I got a reply from Bodylite within the hour, they had a replacement glass sent out to me by the following day (Free of charge) and a detailed video explaining how to replace.

OMG, that is some support and that is why i was eager to write a review. I dont know anyone working there etc. so I am not writing this review to boost sales etc.

This is by far the best support I have ever received and the fastest. I was back out running within 2 days!!!!

Thank you Bodylite for all the assistance and keep up the good work!!!!

I loved the light

I loved the light. So great for nighttime runs. Well lit up easy to charge. So disappointed when the two silver pins came out at the sides when adjusting it. Have put it back but it’s flimsy and not sound. We have spent a long time putting it back

Hello Marian,

We are glad that you have been liking the light on your runs. The pins you are describing are tension pins which need a little bit of tension to be secure. When adjusting the belt the key is to pull the strap to loosen or tighten the belt. It is not like a conventional strap where you push and pull. The pins act like a roller so you just need to pull. This is explained on the inside of the Night Runner box as you open it. On the website, in the help center you can find a video on how to correctly reinsert the pins and how to properly adjust. If reinserted incorrectly you can damage the hooks that hold the tension bar in place. If I was to guess you could have tried to click the tension bars back in, which would caused damge to that clips.

If this is the case please get in touch via email and we can have this fixed for you free of charge. I am sorry for the bad experience you have had, but here at Bodylite we will try to make it right for you! :)

Received my Bodylite led vest

Received my Bodylite led vest yesterday and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Really great quality, it has exceeded expectations. From submitting my order online to receiving my order by courier, it was super quick and efficient. Will definitely order again in the future.
