Quite possibly the worst online buying experience I have ever had. No confirmation of delivery time, no reply to emails and no phone number to call. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered an ice bath chiller from this company and it arrived a week ago. Immediately upon installation it became obvious there was a mechanical fault with the internal motor and fan, and the chiller unit doesn't work.

I've tried to reach out to the company 4 times now through their website and email and have got no response at all in the last week.

My bank will take over the process from here, but it's frustrating that no one has reached out and they're ignoring my requests for some sort of assistance with the faulty product.

Wagnums Customer service and communication was excellent.
Our order was lost in the transit, we were kept in the loop the whole time and when they couldn't be found they immediately sent another pair.
My son has been using the compression boots and is loving them!

Purchased two pairs of the Legpro Boots. They are well worth the spend! Recovery results are excellent.
Customer service is also second to none!

Firstly, I have a serious back issue and the back waist belt I bought is one of the best, and I've tried a few. It's not a magic cure but it helps me get started in the morning. I did have issues with the one I purchased after about 8 months and I sent an email and these guys just replaced it with a new on, no hassles. Hence this review, It was awesome to see some Good Old Fashioned customer service excpecially after sale service which in my opinion is very rare these days. Thanks

I ordered an ice bath on Dec 15.
When I requested tracking information, WAGNUM advised the item would be shipped on Dec 31.
Now about 7 days later they have advised they over sold the items, and now don't have stock and it will be 4-5 weeks before I am likely to receive the item?????
Quality Companies have systems in place that effectively manage sales and stock levels. Obviously WAGNUM doesn't have these effective systems. And from reading previous reviews (which I should have done prior to purchase) it appears this company has a history of over promising and under delivering.

I had some initial delays and communication issues with my order, but the team at Wagnum reached out afterwards and made things right with a goodwill gesture. The products themselves are excellent, and I appreciate that the company took the time to resolve the situation properly. I’m happy with the outcome and the quality of the gear.

Unreal, after training make your legs feel amazing so you are ready to go the next day. The compression is perfect same as all the top business at a cheaper price and great quality. Highly recommend

I bought these compression boots as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them. I also tried them myself and was honestly impressed with how effective and comfortable they are, especially for the price.

The quality is great, the compression feels really good, and they’re super easy to use. The travel bag is also a big plus — very practical and perfect for taking them on trips or to the gym.

I recently purchased the Wagnum Elite Air Compression Boots and they’ve been a game changer for my recovery. I train legs regularly and these boots have noticeably improved my circulation. My legs feel fantastic afterwards and the sessions are incredibly relaxing. I also love that there’s the option to connect hip and arm attachments if you want to expand the setup. Highly recommend these for anyone looking for quality compression and fast recovery.

I purchased the compression recovery leg set after my physio recommended then and I have been using them every day.
They have helped me in my recovery from major knee surgery and a troublesome recovery. I will continue to use then as they are a great help.
I have also ordered the hip and glute compression.

I say this is the best mini spark massage i ever invested it’s soo good 👍🏼 I use everyday when my muscles ache. In the past i brought mini massages many different times but seems never good as this I got now.. The Best Of The Best EVER. I’m thinking I’m going get Wagnum Prorange massage gun & also DUO Recovery Head as well..seems to be good regardless reviews…

Loving the boots after a hard training session in the gym, on the field or a rough 12hr shift on my feet in healthcare. The case makes it convenient and easy to store!

Top shelf company all round. Love the Wagnum Fuel X for recovery, I use them around 4 times a week, incredibly helpful.

Had a small issue with one of the boots, contacted Wagnum, had a prompt response from their team and got sent a new pair in the post shortly afterwards.

Can't recommend this company more, a credit to their industry.

I genuinely didn’t expect this… but I’ve sweated more inside my new Sauna Blanket from Wagnum than I ever have in my $3,500 two-seater sauna — and that thing basically lives in my house like a shrine.
The first time I used the blanket, I thought something was wrong with me because the amount of water that came out of my body was *not human*. We’re talking “did I just melt 10 years of stress and bad decisions?” levels of sweat. (See pic. You’ve been warned.YES thats a puddle of toxic waste- YUK!)

By the end I felt like a new person — lighter, clearer, energised, almost a bit proud of myself. And the best part?
I’m finally consistent, because all I have to do is slide into this warm cocoon of heat like a happy burrito and let it do its magic. No setup, no stress, no arguing with myself. Just wrap, roast, repeat.

If you want something that actually works and makes you feel like you’ve done a full workout without moving… this is it. I’m obsessed.

An amazing company full of great knowledgeable and communication. I am very happy with my products. Any questions I had were answered very promptly. Very happy customer.
