Recovry Zone â Avoid at All Costs
I would strongly advise against purchasing from Recovry Zone based on my experience.
I ordered an Ice Bath Pro + Smart Chiller and from day one the product had serious issues. The tub arrived with a hole, the system leaked, and the product did not match what was advertised on their website. The model supplied was different, and components such as the lid and accessories were not compatible.
After reporting the faults, I was pushed through ongoing troubleshooting rather than a proper resolution. A replacement tub was eventually provided, but it introduced further issues including incompatibility with existing parts and continued leaks.
At that point I requested a refund and proceeded under their 100-day money back guarantee. I followed their instructions exactly, returned the items at my own expense, and provided tracking as required.
The return was confirmed as delivered on 23 March.
Since then:
No refund has been issued
No confirmation of inspection has been provided
Multiple follow-ups have resulted in vague responses
The company has stated they need to âcheck with the warehouseâ despite the return being delivered weeks ago
This is not a one-off issue â it is a pattern of poor product quality, disorganisation, and delay when it comes to refunds.
The overall experience has been:
Faulty product
Misleading advertising
Incompatible components
Slow and ineffective support
Failure to process a refund in a reasonable timeframe
At this stage I have been forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

They emphasised their âhigh success rateâ of 70,000 orders, but my experience tells a different story. Eventually, they admitted the parcel was lost and issued a refund except it wasnât the full amount. Their site listed the product at $119.95, but I only received a refund of $30.00.
In total, Iâve spent $219.95 for cheap-quality goods and an incomplete order. This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences Iâve had. I wouldnât recommend this company to anyone theyâre far more focused on taking payment than actually delivering what you pay for.

Buyer beware, they send you a dodgy bath that leaks, lead you along for months trying to fix it then want you to pay for postage to send it back. Just don't do it!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Recovery Zone. I purchased their product based on the advertised 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which suggested a risk-free opportunity to try the product. Unfortunately, the product did not perform as expected, so I followed their process and requested a return within the guarantee period.
Recovery Zone approved the return and provided instructions, and I paid to ship the item back at my own expense. After they received it, they refused to issue a refund, claiming the item was not in âresellable condition.â This was extremely frustrating because the product had only been used in a normal way to trial it, which is exactly what a 100-day guarantee implies.
Despite advertising a satisfaction guarantee, the company ultimately declined the refund after the product had already been returned. I was then told I could either pay to have the item shipped back again or have them dispose of it.
The whole experience made the so-called âmoney-back guaranteeâ feel misleading. Customers should be able to trial a product as advertised without the risk of losing both the product and their money.
Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating process overall. I would not purchase from them again.

My main complaint is the chiller ,nothing but issues trying to restart it after cleaning the filter (which is way too small as well )
Air gets trapped in the pump and it's not self priming ,so is an absolute nightmare to try and get it going again ...constant stop start E2 fault ,restart bleed it time after time.
It's very frustrating and it happens EVERY single time ...
WOULD I RECOMMEND NO ..nearly took a hammer to it through frustration!!
Its now turned off and will try time after time to restart ,while it drains all the water from my bath. .

Absolutely disgraceful in all aspects. BE WARNED the claim on their website which APPEARS to have major sporting organisations trusting them is deceptively worded. On close inspection the claim actually makes a broad non specific claim referring to those who participate in a variety of sports. I bought the Smart Chiller + Ice Bath Max Combo. The price for this was amazing. I soon discovered why. The Ice Bath itself (this is their mid-range unit) was cheap and flimsy. The chiller simply never functioned. It threw errors out of the box and seemed to be rusted inside, which is crazy for a NEW unit that is supposed to pump water. The company makes support and returns very difficult, claiming restocking or cancellation fees are payable. Overall, a terrible experience. I still have not resolved this weeks after delivery, and I've NEVER been able to use the product. BEWARE

Sauna Max is a winner
I bought the Sauna Max during winter 2025 and it has been nothing but awesome. Gets up to temp in around 10 minutes, and I generally spend 20 to 30 minutes sweating it out. I used it basically every day for the whole of winter. Easy set up, easy to clean, easy to store during summer when not in use. I cleaned the kettle thoroughly every month or so as it gets calcification, and I wash the mat after every use. For the money, this has been an excellent buy and more than got my $ return.

I actually purchased the ice cold plunge and the sauna max around 1 week ago and have used the sauna every morning and night and the plunge every night. Im absolutely buzzing about it and I think its an amazing product.
